The technician arrived on time and told us what he was going to do. He got to work and got the job done quickly. when he was done he gave us some normal maintenance suggestions. the door operated smoother and was much quieter. we were very pleased.

my 2 years garage door broke on me. I call this company. I had be thinking about replace it for sometime. Trevor Mcloskey was the certified technician who came. what can I say?I love true professional people ! he was wonderful and without any pressure after talking to him I decide right there to replace the door. great salesman. he came on time the day after. I was as well working in the garage and we converse as he worked. his professionalism , his knowledge,and his pride of working for the company was surprising. and I must add that I have often people working on my house. he was quite different, his charming and intelligent personality made this experience great. (the professional work he did would have been enough) very happy customer!

They were on time and sent a very quallified serviceman who explained in detail what he was going to do. He finished the job quickly and I asked him to program my in-car remote opener whch he did at no additional cost. I would recommend this company for garage door service or installation.

He put a slip in the door with his telephone number to contact him when we had a problem. He was very helpful and right on time. We would use them again and recommend them to others.

They were very professional, courteous and responsive. They were punctual and they did a great job. The service tech that came was fantastic. With emergencies I was able to call them over the phone and work it out without having somebody come out here.

The technician arrived at the time he said he would, he performed all the tasks listed and in doing so found some hinges that were disconnected from the door and one broken. He put new bolts into the loose hinges and replaced the broken one. He did not try to talk me into new hinges where loose ones were. At the end of the job, our garage door has never been so quiet and has never run so smoothly. He gave me advice on further repairs that were not needed at this time. I felt as though I had been treated extremely well with no gimmicks or sales talks.It was the best $100. we have made since moving here.

The Technition was extremly professional and spoke highly of the companys ethics and what a great enterprise Precision is to work for. It was evedent that Treavor ( the tech) loves his work and he extremly knowledgeable in his trade, he took the time to explain to me the routine maintenance and care to provide that will insure many years of service. They put in the garage door opener. My door had fallen down and it was stuck in the down position. They came in within an hour or hour and a half and fixed everything. They were professional and they got the problem done. This time I had a good experience. In the past, my husband had a bad experience with them. He wasn't sure what was wrong with the garage door and he thought they overcharged for the work that would have been needed. He ended up getting a second opinion that was much less.

They were really good. The guy that came out was professional. He diagnosed the problem really quickly. When he finished he made sure that the rails were really lubricated. He was really good and provided really good customer service. They came really quickly. I would use them again.

Beware!!! I called them to do the inspection and considered them "EXPERTS" in garage door repair. The person who came in spent less than 5 minutes inspecting the garage door and said that my Genie operator needs to be replaced. He said "its old". He did not even open the panel on the Genie to see what is going on. He said that for $400 + tax, they can replace it. I refused and paid $53 for their services. When he left, I spent 30 minutes cleaning the rail and my garage door opener works "like a champ". It has been running now for more than 10 days with at least 100 times of opening / closing. Bottom line, I am very unhappy. They are not experts and are out there to replace complete systems even if they do not need to be replaced. I DO NOT CALL EXPERTS TO TELL ME THAT MY "OPENER IS OLD". I already know the age of the opener (15 years) but it can probably run another 15 years so why replace?

My over-sized double car garage door came off the track, leaving it standing open, on a Saturday night. I consulted Angie's list and then called Precision Garage Door Service at 10:12 p.m. hoping to leave a voice mail message for someone to call me back when they reopened. To my surprise, a live person actually answered my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day, Sunday, with Sabino Sanchez. Sabino arrived on time, was courteous, knew what needed to be done, gave me an accurate estimate (waiving the $49.95 service fee since I was an Angie's member), and went to work. Several stacked storage containers in my garage had to be moved for the work to be done and the repairman even moved them back after he completed the work. I could not be more pleased!

I originally scheduled this as a service call for my garage door when it began having problems, after I made the appointment it stopped working altogether. Luckily the appointment they gave me was just a day away. The service guy showed up promptly on time, allowed me to watch him working and explained what he was doing to me. It turns out there were several problems, which he all fixed, then lubricated the door and left. The whole appointment was about 30 minutes. The price was a bit high for a service call compared to other companies, but he worked hard to fix the problem without ordering additional parts or costing me additional money.
