Description of Work: I was very happy with the job they did. I didn't want any pesticide sprayed inside my home, so they only did the outside perimeter, garage, etc. My house has been bug free all summer with that one application. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Description of Work: He first went to the wrong street, but there are several streets with the same name as mine, so I do not really fault him for that. After he found the correct street, he went to the wrong house. Once he got to my house, he did a fantastic job and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and I would use this company again.

Description of Work: great service! responded immediately to our ant & spider problem, and our toads continue to thrive despite the treatment. Shea was great at his job, friendly and thorough. I used the Angies list initial treatment discount offer, and signed up for the bi-monthly service for the year. my 16 YO daughter has forgiven me for waking up with a spider on her bed.

Description of Work: This was during the grasshopper invasion and we were having a Memorial Day party on Sunday. Our property was smothered with grasshoppers front and back! They were all over the patio, front porch and walls of the house as well as the yard. When I called to see what could be done they explained to me that treatment would only temporarily control the grasshoppers because they were migrating, but I told them about my party and they said they could come out on Saturday and do a thorough spraying to diminish the infestation but probably wouldn't be able to get them all. Well, they did an excellent job and we were practically grasshopper free for the party. Also, the treatment had a lasting effect and we saw greatly reduced numbers of grasshoppers until they finally went away about three weeks or so later. I would definitely use Pest Defense again and have recommended them to several friends.

Description of Work: I purchased a $79 Big Deal for a Pest Control Treatment. They did the initial pest control treatment and I hired them for regular service at that time. My initial overall experience with them was excellent, but I'm having a really hard time getting them to come out for the regular service. We are having a lot of communication problems. They have come out unannounced even though I have told them I would like them to come out at certain times and call in advance. They aren't able to perform the work when they show up unannounced because I have a gated fence. They are really friendly and nice, but our communication could be more efficient.

It was easy to schedule, and the technician arrived promptly, calling ahead as I requested. He was professional, got right to work, and completed the work in good time. The work was well and neatly done. After finishing, he explained the company's procedures and the product he was using. I appreciated the information.
