The technician arrived on time, explained what would happen and sprayed the inside. Then he went outside and sprayed using a long hose and equipment that he'd brought on his truck. He then asked me to open the attached garage so he could spray in there. He presented me with a paid invoice and asked if I'd like to contract for bimonthly service and explained how that would work. He said to call him if there were any problems in the next month or so. There haven't been. I've not seen any insects inside and outside I've found several dead roaches and crickets.

I took advantage of the special offer posted on Angie's List. I called to make an appointment and was able to make one for two days later, on a Saturday. The service rep called to ask if it was okay if he came a little early as he had finished his previous job a bit early. When he arrived, he explained exactly what he would be doing, where he would be spraying outside and inside, and assured me the spray would not be harmful to my indoor cat. He worked quickly and efficiently and answered whatever questions I had. I decided to sign up for bi-monthly outside spraying. I hate spiders and when fall arrives they seem to find ways to get into the house to hole up for the winter. Since my house was treated, I haven't seen a single bug inside.

I would recommend Pest Defense Solutions to my friends and family. They come out about every six weeks. They are really good and I am pleased with them. I will continue to use them.

We signed up for a one year service contract; we paid $75 upfront and then $19 every 6 or 8 weeks after that. I really like Pest Defense; the tech is very nice about coming out. If I see little critters I just call them and they come right out instead of having to wait for my next appointment. Their chemicals are bio-degradable and organic so it is safe for pets. Even if it rains it will not wash away. They are here when they say they will be and the tech calls me the day before just to remind me that he is coming out. It is really nice; they spray and I see no bugs.

From start to finish they were professional. They arrived on time, dressed clean and went about their business unobtrusively. After the initial spray I called back and had them come out again to finish off all the stragglers. I now have no pests at all! I thought their professionalism and courtesy were so good, I signed up for the bimonthly treatments. A great deal of service for a low price. Definitely recommend these guys!

This is a very professional organization. They were able to come within the week that we called. They explained everything up front including how effective the spray would be for different types of bugs we were seeing. They reassured us that our household pet who lives inside would not be harmed. They explained the need for more than one visit. When we agreed to the service, they went right to work and finished quickly. There was no mess or smell.

I have recommended them to others. They also come back in between free of charge if I want to. They are awesome. They are very professional, clean cut employees, and they are also very thorough. They do grass insects as well.

I bought a coupon and it worked well. They were efficient and polite. They came when they were called and the price was right.

My initial consultion was simple, they came out and examined the exterior and interior of my home. They advised me they charge by the sqft of the home, which I thought was fair since i live in a 2200 Sqft house. He explained the one year contract with me and my husband, and mapped out a schedule to come at the same time every other month. On the day they were scheduled to spray... they covered my entire fence line and paid close attention to my problem areas. Then they sprayed the entire parameter of the first floor inside my home. I was really impressed afterwards, there was no odor so I did not have to leave my home, he was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The guys that came out were really nice, very professional and answered all our questions. I went from seeing oriental roaches 3 to 4 times a week to 2 times a week to 1 a week in the first 2 months of service. So far I havent seen one in over 2 weeks. Now I dont have to be afraid to walk around my house in the dark...:-)

They are a reliable and very good company.

They do both inside and the outside. The things that they use are supposed to be safer around the children. We have three children and that is what we are looking for. They have done a very good job so far.

I started using Pest Defense about a year ago after meeting co-owner Justin Sego at a Future Farmers of America event. Prior to starting service Justin met with me at my home to discuss their services - inside and outside the home. Since the first visit, we set up a routine schedule and the next visit is printed on the invoice. Additionally, I receive a call from Justin or his brother a day or two prior to my next service as a reminder. On one occasion I was having construction performed at the house when they were scheduled and Justin gladly rescheduled the appointment. Justin and his crew are professionals who take pride in the service they perform. Pest Defense now services my sister's home and my parent's home, as well.

We kept them from our old house. We continue to use them because we like them a lot. They are really punctual and we don’t have to be home for them to come. We don’t have any problems with them at all.

The service is outstanding. The employee that comes to my home is clean-cut takes personal pride in the company. They take an interest in the service and keep a good reputation. They are very punctual and good about calling and making it convenient for me. If you have any problems they will come out for free.
