I am very pleased with Pest Defense and will definitely use them again.

Used Angie's coupon. Very responsive. Came in same week. Very courteous. Signed up for regular service at good rate. Have used this service for almost a year now. Still very professions, courteous and very responsive. I would continue to recommend.

A bit pricey on the first visit, but hopefully, price goes down as you use them more often. Overall it went great

They scheduled and arrived when they said they would. Quick service. Offered a follow up if ants came back in the following weeks. Came back today 4/30 at no extra charge to spay a small area of the kitchen and spread granule bait outside that area. Suggested a two month cycle of spraying if we had problems but wasn't a hard sell. Overall we are really pleased with their service and would use them again.

Once he explained what he was going to do inside he proceeded with his job. Once done he told us what he would be doing out side and proceeded out side. Once done he went over everything he did, areas of concern that I needed to do to reduce risk. he told me how long the service was good for and he was on his way. He did a very through job and we are pleased with the service and the price.

I was painting one of the rooms in my home when I came to a spot that felt like I was painting sand. I contacted a friend of mine who came over to inspect and said it look similar to a termite problem he had. He recommended a termite company who I contacted but never got back with me. Consequently, I went to Angie's list and found Pest Defense who was at the top of the list and had some great ratings. I contacted Pest Defense Solutions electronically and Justin Sego contacted me the following day to schedule an inspection time. He was punctual, friendly and explained to me in great detail the problem and the solution. He gave me an estimate which I was very pleased with so I hired him on the spot. The job took place three days later and went according to plan. The Pest Defense employees who did the work were very professional and courteous.

Justin showed up on time and applied the chemicals in a timely manner. He was very polite an professional. This is the second year we have used this service from Pest Defense Solutions and it works great.

I contacted them via the internet, they called that day and came over that day. Gave an estimate and started the work immediately. They were very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would highly recommend them to others.

While remodeling uncovered termite damage. Wood replaced by contractor. Pest Defense came within a day or two for treatment so that remodeling could proceed. Uncovered more termite damage inside a week later and Pest Defense quickly responded. Very professional!

After years of using another pest prevention service, it was time to find someone new. I called Pest Defense Solutions in late December and Justin agreed to come out in February and see if we could work together on pest prevention. He arrived on time and we went over both yards and discussed what should be done to get the desired results. He was delightful to work with, did the job as promised and we have set up for a continuing pest control service at a very favorable price.

Provider arrived promptly, sprayed everywhere indoors and out. Easy, pleasant experience, including scheduling.

We had a pre-visit that outlined services offered and possible regular service. We were shown areas in the yard that had blakc widow activity. The crawl space was not checked but could be included in future visits. Later that day our service guy came and treated the house with pet-safe spray (we have 2 dogs). He was prompt , courteous and efficient. The next day there were dead roaches everywhere. We continued to see the occasional roach for the next couple of weeks but had not seen any more as the 30 day period when we could have asked for a re-do came to an end. It'd been almost 7 months and we've had no more problems. I'm quite happy with the service we received but some of the continued success may be due to alleviating another problem. Later that month, we had a plumbing issue and the plumber found that our crawl space was flooded with sewage from a leak. That was pumped out and the leak fixed and that was likely the source of our roaches and may be why we haven't needed follow up service.

They did a great job and deserve all "A"s.

They were highly professional from start to finish. They had to come twice, as the first time there was too much snow on the roof to complete a thorough inspection. Yet they did not charge me any extra and even offered an Angie's List discount, though the coupon I had didn't really apply to the services rendered. The folks who came out were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. The cost was actually less than the service I had previously, which had done essentially nothing. I was so impressed I signed up for a regular bi-monthly service, again at a lower cost than I was paying a relatively worthless competitor.

I had black widows everywhere because my home had been vacant for about a year when I bought it. Pest Defense came in and sorted it out. PD also took care of a wasps' nest and few other trouble spots in my yard and home. They show up when they are supposed to and we have had no problems with spiders or wasps since the first visit. They are professional and courteous and the owner took my calls when I was originally shopping around - I liked that.

I have used the services of Pest Defense several times in the last six months or so. They are always professional, timely, ask us about any problems we see and if they find problem they discuss how the problem was eliminated. They have been our exterminators for several months now and we are happy with their service.

The ants were winning and I'd seen a couple roaches on my patio so I took advantage of the Big Deal. The appointment was scheduled almost immediately and the guy was right on time. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing step by step. He even removed all the cobwebs above my front door. I had planned that it would be a one-time thing so I mostly ignored the spiel about the Angie's List discount for setting up a schedule. He left, life was good. Then came the morning, revealing hundreds of dead roaches on my patio, along the walls and at the base of my plants. Yuck! I'd never seen a roach in the house, and no more than 1-2 a week on the patio at night so I was shocked at how many dead critters appeared. I cleaned up all I could find, but the next morning there were hundreds more. I immediately called and set up a schedule for future visits... and they told me that if I had problems, they would come between regular visits for free. Within 2 weeks, the ants returned... and Pest Defense resprayed my yard within 24 hours of my call... for free as promised. It took several visits to get the ants under control, but they have not been a concern for several months. The roaches are long gone. I may see 1-2 dead ones the morning after a spray, but none in between at all. Yay Pest Defense!!!!

They advised this was a seasonal issue and that the infestation would be over without treatment. It lasted one day and they they departed with no lasting effect.

The service technician arrive promptly as scheduled. We conducted a detailed planning of services to be provided for this visit which included the materials he would use and the reason for the materials selected. After completion of the service, which was performed efficiently, we discussed follow-up services which I agreed to based on evaluation of the performance of the service performed. The overall experience was rated "B" because of of the approach employed for eliminating the mice pest issue I have outside of the house. The technician did not have sufficient materials to address this issue in his truck. The lesson-learned for this issue is to explain all pest issues to the provider when first calling to set up a service schedule.

They were polite and cooperative, and they did well. They did such a good job that I have them make bi-monthly visits.

Less than 24 hours notice needed to get someone to come out and spray for pests. Service was exceptional. Very professional!
