Ordonez Construction

Ordondez Construction of Albuquerque replaced my old cedar wooden fence with a new one (130 feet long and 6 feet high). They removed the old fence and then they installed 4 inch cross-section steel posts, 2 feet deep in concrete, and welded steel crossbars to the posts. They then attached 6 inch by 6 foot cedar slats using 5 metal screws per slat. We couldn't ask for a better job! They completed the job in 2 1/2 days and cleaned up well. I highly recommend them!

Carlos and his crew were very good And professional. I changed my mind on several things and Carlos went with the flow. He made suggestions along the way and some of his ideas were better than my own so I went with those. We had outside fencing done and some flooring as well. I am totally satisfied with the end result and will definitely use him for future projects.

Carlos is very nice, but he sent a painter to pull up the grout. 3 weeks later it still hasn't been done right. They put down new grout but it was very thin, and you can see the old grout that wasn't removed all over. The bathroom was worse. the grout again was not fully removed, and new grout was applied in clumps and put down like puddy was pressed in, and not covering completely. I ask for a refund, but he said he would fix it. It is now the 3rd week and he still sent the painter to remove grout, and it's still not completely removed. I don't see how grout can be replaced without removing the old. I want a refund so I can get someone who will not take short cuts. I like to support small businesses, but this one is not doing the job worth supporting.

Had some latent issues with floor install. Overall satisfied until that happened, resulting in a plumbing leak. Contacted contractor a couple times and he did not get back to me. Posted a review here detailing the work and the issue. Contractor contacted me right away to reimburse me. So overall ok, but it took writing a review to get the issue rectified.

Ordoñez Construction is great company to do business with. The owner/operator is Carlos Ordoñez. He was informative, provided options/ideas, and reasonably priced. The work was done quickly, professionally, and as was agreed upon.

Carlos installed a 4509 foor deer and snake fence, cleared my backyard of cactus and rocks, built a stairway to my arroyo and built a beautiful pergola for our garden. They were pretty much a disaster. The crew, who were left alone without supervision, were lazy and sloppy. Example, they left their trash everywhere. The paint on one wall of the shed was very thin and the previous color was showing through, when I said it had to be repainted the kid said he ran out of paint. So instead of getting more he just left it that way. Carlos bought a new door but it opened the wrong way and when I said that was wrong he was unhappy because he had already bought it and would have to buy another one. They just painted around things instead of moving them. Carlos was very friendly but he and his crew were not professional. I would never use them again or recommend them.

Carlos was very responsive, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Him and his guys knew what they were doing and we were very professional throughout the project. The fence looks amazing and we highly recommend him.

Carlos and Fabian are easy to work with and ready to satisfy their customers with any necessary detail. They were able to start work quickly and on time, keep up with any extra requests during the job, and they cleaned up well. They installed a new super sturdy backyard fence for us after our old one had a section blow over during monsoon season. It has brought new life to our backyard and motivated us to do some new landscaping and gardening. Would definitely recommend working with Ordonez construction.

Carlos and his employee did a great job of painting the trim on my house. They were prompt, quick and the end result looks good. I subtracted one star, however because three shrubs in the front of the house were trampled and limbs broken off (one may not recover) and they stepped on Chard I planted in a raised bed, which could have been avoided. All in all I was pleased and would use him again.
