The tech installed a new Rain Bird controller, but couldn't get it to work. He said the valves weren't compatible, but said he'd replace them later that day. He never returned. Before he left, I wrote him a check for installing the controller. I called the company and spoke with Antonio, who requested a photo of the wiring, which I sent. He said could fix it but the owner, Eric, insisted on another service fee. When I refused to pay more to fix their mistakes, Antonio offered to fix it on his own time for $20. Antonio came out two days later, removed an unused wi-fi panel, and connected two master pump wires and the controller then worked. I asked Antonio to tell the owner to send me a check for the $20, as having the unit correctly installed should not have cost me more than the original agreed upon installation price. It could have been much worse, as it would have cost several hundred dollars more to replace perfectly good valves, with the system still not working.

Sean and his crew responded promptly to our request for an estimate, which was very reasonable. They are very knowledgeable of sprinkler systems, and we are excited to have our system up and running again. Thank you Sean!

L&S Co kept our scheduled appointment to discuss what we needed done (sprinkler maintenance, some planting and design ... nothing major). Chad showed up on time. Was very nice. Listened to what I wanted. Didn't seem as familiar with design and xeric plants as I would have liked but seemed confident that he could put something together. He said he would send something in a couple of days via email. That's the last I heard from them. I sent a follow up text about 10 days later but did not receive a response. I called a few days after and spoke with (I think) Antonio. He said he would talk to Chad and someone will call me back. That was a few days ago and so far that hasn't happened.

We felt like he didn't do a very professional job of installing sprinklers in our yard..For instance, he put a large tree anda flowerbed on one zone..they have very different watering needs. When I called to question that and other things, hegot very testy..I just wouldn't use that company again.

They are very good. They were the ones who put in the original system and did our landscaping. They are very responsive. They get the job done. As far as cost goes, they are probably competitive cost wise with the others. We would use them again in the future. In fact, we are getting ready to call them again to do some work for us.
