This company continues to be one of the very best. The technicians are courteous, helpful and professional. Adam did a great job, cleaned up after himself and moved my car back into the garage. When I noticed that the garage light was remaining on long after the normal four minutes time period, he returned and ended up replacing a bulb for me. This company goes the extra mile to accommodate the customer and they do it with such a pleasant attitude. I highly recommend them for doing the job right and being totally professional, helpful and pleasant.

One of the springs on our two car garage door broke and the door was inoperable. When I called they were willing to get someone to the house that day if necessary, but since we were leaving town for a few days I scheduled it for the morning after we returned. The serviceman showed up a few minutes early and assessed the repair. I chose to replace both springs on that door, despite being given the option to replace only the broken one. The repair was done quickly and professionally. He also lubricated the rollers on that door as well as the rollers and the chain on the other single car door. Both doors operate smoothly and much more quietly than before. I will definitely use them if needed in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

After getting bids and talking to four different companies, they were the most knowledgeable and best priced for the same door. They did a terrific job and cleaned up their mess. They aligned my door perfectly. I would not hesitate to ever use them again for garage doors and I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Our garage door was banged up from a tree falling onto it years ago and a hinge finally broke from the pressure. The door was making weird noises so we were preparing to replace it. We were told that the manufacturer was no longer in business and everyone was willing to sell a new door, but Chris from Garage Door by Nestor was the only one who was insistent that we had a good door and that it could be repaired. He suggested replacing the bottom panel because it was the most crooked and if he didn't have that panel (from previous door replacements) then a support beam could be installed on that panel to strengthen it. I spoke with Chris three times and he was very polite. I appreciated his honesty and his genuine concern for our best interest, and not looking to sell us a door just because. Although he didn't have another bottom panel, a support beam was installed by another technician and the broken hinge was replaced. Thank you for your honesty and great work!

They made all my expectations

Adam came out that same day and inspected the broken part. He gave us a cost for repair, and his opinion on the value of repairing the part vs. replacing the door. The existing door was a very cheap model that the builder put in, and we all agreed that we would be better off in the long run with a new and more solid door. He checked prices, and what they had in stock, and told us he could install it the very next day. That was clutch, as we wanted a new door as quickly as possible. Adam was waiting for me when I got home the next day, and put in a completely new door, rail system-everything but the motor and chain drive (I'm sure it won't be long before that goes out as well). The new door is much more solid that the original, he went through the list of features, and gave us information about the warranty. The new door works fine, and we are completely happy with the product and the service. Adam was extremely professional, and a great representative of his company. This was our first time using Garage Door by Nestor, who we found among the highest-rated providers in this category on Angie's List. Based on our experience, we would absolutely use them again.

They are on time, friendly, and the same guys come here a couple of times and so I know him. They are who I would call and that is who I would recommend. They are the only garage door people I have used here in Albuquerque.

We have not had any trouble with it, but I think the service was at least two years ago. They were there on time and I don't think we had an discrepancy on the price. We figured that is how much it costs so we just paid it. We did not do any price comparison with any other company. The price was not out of bounds or exorbitant, as I recall.

Great, punctual, we have a "new" garage door!

They were very good on the installation. It has a battery that can actually power the whole door when we lose power. It is a substantial battery and we ended up having to replace it. It makes a beeping noise when it is low. I called the office and the person was able to tell me how to stop it from making that noise. She said they could come out or I could go in and pick up the battery, which is what I decided to do. They had it in within a couple of days so I am very happy with them. They are not the cheapest people around but they know what they are doing and they did a good job. I am happy with what I paid them. Literally everybody I talked to could answer my questions.

The service that they provide was unsatisfactory; he wanted to charge me outside of the big deal offer. The guy that came was polite and nice. They basically told me it wouldn’t make sense to service my garage.

The technician came out and told us the spring had broken on our garage door. He had everything he needed and fixed it the same day. He was courteous and on time.

They came out quickly and did a great job without trying to sell us something we didn't need....like a whole new door!
