Carpets and rugs are very clean, stains removed. The wool area rug had several bad stains, and it came back very clean, although it was returned one day later than promised.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" good for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning @ $79. On date of service, I also decided to send in a wool, oriental rug for off-premises cleaning. The latter was priced at $2.75 per square ft, or $191 total. The on-site cleaning produced very good results. My carpets had some pretty bad stains that were removed completely. When done, the carpets looked like new. The two men who came to do the cleaning were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. The oriental carpet was cleaned and returned on April 29, in less than a week, which was just as promised. It looked very good, and the young man who delivered it back to me was equally pleasant, courteous and efficient. Overall, this was a very positive experience. I have no hesitation using this company again or recommending them to others.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $79 Carpet Cleaning and Deodorizing for Three Rooms. The cleaning process went very well and they did a good job cleaning. But, I do wonder if they put enough of the Scotchgard protector on the carpet. We had paid extra for this. We have a cat that had gotten sick on the carpet after the work was done and it took several cleanings to get the stain removed. We've had this applied before and never had a problem with pet stain removal, so it seems this application was not done as well. However, they were very friendly and professional. They did bring fans to try and dry the carpets as fast as they could.

Description of Work: Art & Marcos did a fantastic job. Our ten year old carpets had never been cleaned before. We don't have animals or kids so they just got dull and dingy looking over time. Look like new carpet, even in the hallway which gets the most traffic.
