The customer service provided by Leticia was fantastic. Great people skills and knows her business. The service was second to none and I was very pleased with the service that was provided and the cleaning of my townhouse. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great service on all levels to include customer service.

fast and thorough

They were very good at cleaning and cleaned things I thought would never come clean. They were friendly and approachable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hired them to clean a studio apartment after lease was up. Complex had a serious roach problem. I informed them of this issue when I hired them. I bug bombed the place 2 days before they were to clean, but there were still some live roaches around. First crew they sent stayed less than an hour and said they wouldn't stay to complete the job due to the presence of roaches. Supervisor (Letticia) said she would send a different crew the next day. I bombed the place a 2nd time, but there were still some live roaches in the apartment the next day. Second crew came and did a good job the next day. Letticia quoted me $150.00 but charged me $225.00. I paid it, but I didn't appreciate the upcharge - especially since they didn't complete the job the first time around.

She takes pride in her crews and the job they do.

For the $300 I paid for deep clean of 5 hours, I was disappointed No follow up call to see how the service was. Blinds were partially cleaned, vacuuming was fine, windows were good. Just not worth $300

we had a language barrier with the workers on site. the owner needs to learn how to schedule appointments and then keep them. This was a nightmare waiting for cleaners, having to call, and then find out she did not have us on the schedule (we requested cleaning every 2 weeks, Friday mornings.) They only made this time a couple of times in 3 months. Gave up this week and fired them. Called to do this and the owner made this out to be my issue!

The ladies who can over to my house were wonderful. They worked hard and my house looked great!!

Two workers came as promised. They were at my house for 4 hours. Cleaning from ceiling fans to floors. They even made the bed in the guest room. Very pleased and they do windows!

Although the maids were hardworking and pleasant, there were some areas they missed. There is a language barrier so I'm not sure the first instructions were understood, but with redirection they are glad to do whatever is needed. A big plus is the customer service. When I called their boss, she made immediate arrangements for the 2 person team to return and complete missed areas.
