A Helping Hand Exercise Equipment Assembly

Description of Work: Made an appointment a few days ago. I was given a date and appointment time. Waited and wasted a whole morning. Called to confirm appointment close to the end of the appointment window. I was told by Teresa (who booked the appointment) that she will call right back. Over 20 minutes has passed, no phone call. Called the business number again and Kevin picked up. He called Dave, who has not received the work notice. He then proceeded to say that Dave did not received the work order and he will reschedule for another day. I responded by telling him that I wanted Dave to come today. Instead of calling Dave again for his availability for the rest of the day, he proceeded to tell me when he can be available when he has not checked with Dave. He then decided that because I was angry, he does not want my business. I have used Dave before and he was a one man operation, he has serviced my treadmill and did a decent job. So they made a mistake and they decided not to have me as a customer because I was angry that I wasted my whole morning waiting for them?
