I would like to negotiate a more fair invoice.

Every element of the job was a la carte. Heavy up-selling. $90 diagnosis fee seemed excessive to confirm that the spring was in fact broken and in need of replacement.

Came quickly and fixed the door problems quickly, plus a little additional Svcs to lube the mechanism.

The service text was great. He was suppose to be at my house within a two hour period and within the first half he arrived. He was curtious, knowledge and truthful. The customer service rep on the phone was also excellent. It wasn t cheap, but but I feel confident that the work he did was quality.

They were a bit late but communicated about it fairly well. The work was well done and the technician was knowledgeable and professional. I understood that they’d have a few options with a wide range of prices for replacement garage door openers but they only had two options, and neither were at the low end of the range I was provided over the phone. Overall I was pleased and would recommend them but because of the lateness and pricing can’t give them 5 stars.

They replaced broken springs in my garage and fixed the pully system. The two gentlemen that came to my house and were in a car accident on the way and still showed up. They called to tell me they were going to be late even though they were in an accident. They were amazing! Very fast and efficient!
