Bowco's overall performance deserves an A-PLUS, not just an A. They were extremely professional, and they really went above and beyond. For the first time in the close-to 8 years we lived in the house, we had the bad luck of getting some spring-time carpenter ant activity (probably coming in to the attic from a tree branch that was touching the house), and they were coming out in somewhat disturbing #s into our guest bathroom (which my 3.5 year old son also uses). The BIG carpenter ants were freaking him out, and I called Bowco before our scheduled whole-house treatment, to see if they had any earlier availability, just because the carpenter ants were disturbing him so much (heck, they were annoying ME too!) When they heard that, they sent out a guy the same day -- I thought they were just moving up the whole service. Turns out they just had him treat the bathroom for the carpenter ants, and they did it at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Wow! Talk about customer service (and caring for a scared toddler!) Their treatment worked like a charm, we haven't see a single ant for a week. Bowco came out 2 days later and did the whole house termite and carpenter ant treatments as well as the mouse remediation. They were VERY good and VERY professional. The lead guy was in his mid-20s, but he acted like a seasoned professional - VERY good customer service. My 2 kids were napping when they came, and they tiptoed around, spoke in whispers, etc., while getting everything done. My wife told me she was VERY impressed with them. And of course, they got everything done, and it seems very good (and we got a 1 year guarantee transferable to our buyer). As far as price, I gave them a B b/c it seemd high-ish, but honestly, I have nothing to compare it to. Termites and carpenter ants treatments to attic, garage, and basement for $1300. Obviously, I wish I didn't have to pay it. The mice treatments were another $200 (incl. tax), which is actually pretty good price, I think, based on seeing other companies with "Sale" prices of $199 for that same thing. They are conscientious. They call if they need to cancel. They are intelligent. They don't push products that you don't need. They'll point out things that we may need. Their price is reasonable.

It went very well overall. We are very happy with their service, price, etc.

They have a guarantee service where you call them back in 90 days and the next service is free. They were very friendly and punctual. They were very easy to deal with. The people who came to do the job was extremely nice. They were explaining as they were doing the job.

They were very courteous and professional. The technician arrived within 2 days and did a survey of the home. He laid out a number of traps,etc. He mentioned that it could take 2 to 3 weeks for positive results. We did here noises for a few days but nothing the last couple of days( it's only been 1 week,so far). He did say that if we still heard noises etc. after approx. 3 weeks that we should call them and they will come right back. So far so good.

To my amazement the gentleman who came was honest enough to tell me that both pest issues required no action at all. There was no charge for the assessment and the gentleman did not try to sell me something I did not need.

I am in the process of acquiring a property, and a Pest Inspection was required. I utilized Angie's List, and settled on BowCo. BowCo was contacted on August 4, 2012, and gave me an appointment for August 8th, 2012. Their representative arrived at the appointed time, and performed a thourough inspection.

They are prompt. They show up and get the job done. They will give us the estimate then the job is done and we get the bill. Their prices are reasonable.

The technicians were very professional. They took their time and didn't rush. I would highly recommend them.

They were close and convenient. They were adequate, they were good, they did what they came to do and I haven’t had any problem since. The price is average and I don’t know how to rate them since I have no experience with anybody else. The quality was good since I haven’t had any termites, they came right away and they were on time.

Critter in attic tried to do it myself. After a few weeks of a detente' with the critter war ensued. Called in the profesionals and all done in 1 visit.

They are very good. They recommend to us by Johnson and Johnson . They are reliable and have very good reputation.

They are professional, on time and thorough. I haven't had any problems with them and I have been using them for a few years now. Their prices are fair to me.

This is the only pest control company in my area who was willing to document and put in writing the conditions of the apartment as pertaining to sanitary conditions. You need to be clean not to have bugs. It became proof that the tenant was causing the conditions through poor house keeping; it was not the fault of the house, it was a tenant issue. I would have had to keep paying for extermination fees had they not documented the condition of the house keeping habits of the tenant. They are honest, they tell you the truth; they don't try to sell you a whole line of nonsense just to get more money. They are fantastic.

When I call them it usually is for ants or bees. They usually use nontoxic methods for pest control. They were always very professional. They finish their job really quick. The reason why I always call them is because the nontoxic thing is very important to me. My overall experience with them has been good. I have never had a problem with them.

I found Bowco on Angie's List and he was recommended to me by a friend as well. I found them to be very good. They were very polite and prompt. They will be coming three times a year for service.

We have been using them for years. They come out three times a year to provide service. They are very knowledgeable and professional. We have been pleased with them.

I think they are good company. They know what they are doing. I would use them in the future.

I had a rodent problem! They took care of the problem. They came when they said they would. It was just the opposite of a previous experience from another company.

. When I first moved here BOWCO LABORATORIES came for a free home inspection. I told him I had three issues and one being mice. He did the inspection and told me what pests I have and how much it would cost me to get rid of them and he left. He knew what he was talking about. Overall he was trying to make me spend my money. If I really need and I cannot do it myself I will call them in the future.

I have a yearly service contract with them. They are punctual. I have had them for problems other than termites; I had a squirrel in my attic. They are cost effective and I will continue to use them in the future.

A disaster. Save yourself a whole lot of time and aggravation and hire another company. They didn't keep a scheduled appointment of a three hour window and when I called them the office said they were never told that there was an appointment. I re-scheduled and when the technician finally came out at their convenience he was rude, loud, insulting, and disrespectful to me. I asked him several times to please not shout and he came menacingly physically closer to me and shouted louder. Folks, I am upgrading my home and I have had seven different workers come to my home in the past couple of weeks to give me bids on various jobs including electric, plumbing, etc, and not one guy has acted anything like this employee from Bowco Labs. And don't forget the scheduling screw-up from the office also. Save yourself a big headache and call someone else. The owner called me ONCE and apologized for the gross disrespect of his employee that showed up at my home and also for their appointment screw-up. Reading the owners response is more lies from this company and only reinforces my recommendation to you not to hire this company.

Service came within the given time period, did a full detailed free inspection of the property - made recommendations if trouble continued (bee problem). Very happy with his answers to questions. Could not find the source of the problem but gave us good advise. Would call them back if needed.

Pricey but very professional overall.
