It didn't. He never showed up.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for yard work. The gentleman who answered was not prepared to write my address or phone number down, so it must have been a cell phone and he was out on a job. No problem. We settled on a date/time for him to come by to give me an estimate. He never showed up and didn't call to cancel or reschedule. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from him.

I am very professional I do have a 9 to 5 also so when you called I was at work so that's the reason why I was not prepared to write your information down shouldn't let you leave a voicemail get your information then call you back sorry if you feel this way if possible I can make situation better by coming to check your yard out probably Saturday I have been very busy and backed up lately getting a lot of requests a lot of yard so that's probably why I missed or did not show up so if you want you can call me back text me your information and I can try to make it possible for me to be able to come to your yard thank you for your review and hope you have a great day
