Mr. Yard is a great company to work with. They are direct, do what they say they are going to do and are very easy to deal with. They also have very fair prices and are trustworthy! I give them a strong recommendation.

We have used Mr. Yard for more than 10 years. Victor and his crew have consistently done an excellent job with lawn maintenance, weeding, mulching, leaf removal, spring and fall cleanups and brush clearing. Victor put in a drain in the backyard and created a beautiful gravel path for us in the woods. In addition, Victor's wife, Mirtha, does housecleaning and always does a thorough and meticulous job. We have found Victor and Mirtha and their employees to be reliable, trustworthy, and very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend them!

Victor’s team has has done a great job mowing my lawn and doing the fall clean up over the past 5 months. Victor is generally reachable, easy to talk to, and accountable for his team’s work. When there were issues, Victor and his crew were honest and were willing to fix things in a timely manner.

The crew delivered quality service overall. The response time from service request to execution is fast. The two guys who largely did the work were very hardworking and paid attention to detail. The only area that needs some revisiting is the pricing structure. This is the second time I availed of the service. In both cases, 3 people worked on the project for 8 hours and paid $1050 (can’t remember the best first time I used them but that was also >$1000). That comes down to $43.75 / hour / person. Of course, there’s equipment and the truck, but even with that, the pricing is a bit on the high end. Overall, excellent service and quality. I wish pricing is more affordable than what I availed them for.

I watered the new seed religiously. Most of the lawn came in well. There were a number of patches of varying size with zero growth -- apparently not seeded -- Victor promised to return but did not. Then raccoons (caught at night on security cameras) began tearing up the lawn -- apparently Victor gave us not only grass but topsoil with grubs as well. Came across him again in the neighborhood, and asked him to come to evaluate, but once more he did not return. I paid $2700 for his work -- and my lawn is quite small. Caveat emptor. Don't know how he has such stellar ratings on Angie's List. I figure I'll have to do this all over in the fall. $2700 for such poor quality work and lack of responsiveness is nothing less than robbery.

Mulching looked great when it was done however within a week noticed weeds sprouting up throughout areas. Contacted them about this and they said they would come back to fix it which they did...a week later same situation but more weeds. Contacted them again to let them know job was not done right and was not satisfied and did not get a response back. Main complaint is that we spent extra money for weed screen under mulch and we now have weed central in our landscaping had we known it was going to be like this we would have gone with someone else.

The work was great he spend 2 days to do it. On time each day, no complaints at all. Just waiting on one more estimate to see what he charges for repaving the walkway and steps if the price is right I would hire again without thinking about it.

Did a wonderful job. Showed early and worked all day with his crew. Mulch is good quality, not the dry ugly chips you get from most services.

I spoke with Mr Lopez on the phone. He is on both Angies and Craigs list. I told him what I was looking for,and arranged a meeting with him. He showed up and we discussed price, after I showed him what I wanted to be done. We agreed on the price and time for the job,which was actually the following day,due to the fact that he was going to be away the next two weeks. We wanted the job done quickly,and he accommodated that request. He arrived promptly on the next morning and started right in. He and his workers did a professional job. They were thorough,and worked hard till about 4PM when they finished up. Victor was not always present,but checked in periodically. We are very pleased with the work that has been done,and recommend him to all needing this service.
