Description of Work: Frank replied right away to our request for a quote to install a mailbox and post. He came a few days later on Saturday AM and did an excellent job. He is friendly, professional and efficient. We were so happy to find someone to do this job, since the post needed to be shortened and we could not do it ourselves. It looks so nice. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I had a "list" for Frank with everything from assembling a bookcase that I bought online to touching up some paint. Others things on the list included moving a heavy piece of furniture, installing towels bars and hooks in bathrooms, replacing kitchen cabinet knobs, and hanging two heavy mirrors and one very heavy piece of art work!! What a delight to work with! What a joy to have in our home. These words describe Frank Pedalino; competent, meticulous, punctual, fair--in one word--the BEST!! This is the first time we used him (we just moved here) and we will call on him often.

+ 1 moreHe's very good. It wasn't bad at all. I like him. He was on time and had a good humor. He will do anything you ask him to even though they're not big things to do. The price is very good and very fair. Everything was perfect. He called me again after that, there were other stuff, I was going on a trip and I didn't do it. I'm still doing it. He's very responsive. He was right on time and was very professional.
Description of Work: He did some small work around the house. He went to Home Depot for me. He bought the filter that I needed for my furnace and installed it. There were other little jobs around my house like fix the doorknob. He changed my storm door to my screen.

+ 0 moreIt went great. We were given two options on window type, with clear explanation of the cost and benefits of each. A written document was sent electronically. Windows were ordered, and installed, exactly as promised. There was excellent and clear communication throughout. Service was punctual, professional, friendly and neat. We will without a doubt, be using this provider again.
Description of Work: We had a broken basement window, and wanted to replace all of them for continuity and safety. He measured, asked questions, and provided a formal quote.

+ 2 moreIt well very well....he projected the job to be what I paid with no extra fees or cost......he was promt and on time and informed me every step of the way.......couple of the key qualities Frank has is he was very clean after his job.....no dust no dirt......he is very trust worthy because on the second day of the job I gave him the key to the house......he even said the dog was barking so much that he took it upon himself to walk her on our property to go out and pee.....I didn't believe it till I saw it myself on the cameras.......he has a great personality and knows what he was doing.....I am going to use him again...... when the weather gets warmer......he is going to re-due the inside of my shed to make it weather and rodent free.....his price was ok not the lowest but not the highest.....but the quality was well worth it.....he will bill doing a lot more work when I get more money.......thanks again Frank......

+ 2 moreI have used Frank in the past to install a storm door, crown molding, new stair treads and he cut down a kitchen cabinet to fit a new refrigerator. All work is completed on time and was done professionally and to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Repaired my cedar deck by replacing deck boards and stairs treads. Rebuilt deck planters.
