I needed to have my house power washed. While searching the online professional service sites, I came upon DNA Detailers. I called them and talked to Dan. I explained to him that I live in a townhouse attached on both sides and needed to have the front and back of my house power washed. Dan listened to my concerns and very professionally answered all my questions. He explained to me that they would be doing a soft wash on the entire house and that they will be using certain chemicals. He also assured me that they will be using state of the art technical equipment to perform the service. He gave me a very competitive and reasonable quote. He was also accommodating to me as to when we could schedule a visit to perform the work. On the day that they were scheduled to come to my hose to do the job, Dan was in constant communication with me letting me know when he was arriving. Upon arrival, I asked Dan if he could also power wash my concrete walkway in the front of my house and also a concrete patio located under the deck in the back of my house. Again, he gave me a very reasonable quote to perform the additional work needed. DNA Detailers were able to address and satisfy all of my concerns and much more. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and conduct their business in a very professional way. They did an outstanding job power washing my entire house and they have met all of my expectations. My house looks beautiful and the additional work of cleaning the concrete walkway that leads to the entrance has added very much to the curb appeal. My neighbor is also extremely happy with their work. Since our neighbor and I share the same common walkway leading to the entrance to our homes, Dan offered to clean and power wash my neighbors concrete pavement at no extra charge. Paying attention to detail has also made my neighbor extremely happy with the work that DNA Detailers has performed. I would highly recommend DNA Detailers and will not hesitate to call upon them in the future for their services. By the way, Dan mentioned to me that they will be expanding their services to include carpet cleaning.

I hired DNA Detailers to come out and pressure wash my home and driveway. At first I did not realize how much actually goes into getting your house washed. The guys who came out stated they were going to do a soft wash of the house, and I could not be happier. They got all the green stuff off my house and did absolutely no damage to any of my landscaping, lawn ornaments or siding. They also did a great job with my driveway. It is concrete and always gets dirty. I will hire them again next year for sure.

Last time I had my house pressure washed was one of those gigantic companies that sent a salesmen out with a pricelist that was nothing but window dressing. These guys got the job done at the same quality, much cheaper, and I have already used them a 2nd time! Not to mention the owners are great I love supporting small business and you can tell Dan really take pride in what he does. They did my Sealed and restored my Pavers the second time I used them and I cannot begin to describe how good they look! Difference is night and day! HIGHLY recommended!!!

After the job was done half the house had dark marks on the siding. Asked them to come back and sent them pictures and they refused to come and check the problem. Customer service nonexistent.

I chose DNA detailers to do the project at my house which included Power Washing the whole house and the driveway. I had received many estimates, but what set this company apart was its customer service and its professionalism. Instead of just getting an email estimate the owner of the company Dan called me and we spoke about the project. He explained exactly what chemicals and what techniques would be used to complete the job. His price was exactly the same as two of the other estimates but I went with him because he cared about my concerns and me as a customer. After booking the appointment he followed it up with texts to confirm two days prior and a text the night before, and the day of the job he sent a text, telling me exactly when he was leaving his other job, and when he would be arriving, which was exactly the time that we had set at the original booking. He came professionally dressed, introduced himself and his coworker, and they got right to work and completed the job, and the outcome was just as I had expected. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I would use them again in the future.
