LAWN CONNECTION

First, they were unsuccessful in ridding my lawn of plantain weeds. They did treat the lawn for pre-emergent crabgrass control, but later in the season, when new crabgrass plants began to sprout (and post-emergent care should have been provided), the crabgrass was simply allowed to mature and form large rosettes of growth. The final straw was in the Fall, when they were re-seeding the lawn. The paperwork that they left me indicated that they have performed the reseeding, as well as pre-emergent treatment, which would have prevented the new lawn from germinating. I was able to clarify with them that they re-seeded only (which was good). However, my concern that the paperwork they left me did not accurately convey their services seemed to mystify them, and at that point, I decided that it was time to change lawn care providers.

We started with this company when we first moved in our house 7 years
ago. Never had a problem but we wanted something a bit more
environmentally friendly so we went with another company. Well, I was
home several times when that company came to perform services and I saw
them do some spots in the front, parts of the sides of the house and
completely ignore the back. After 3 more visits and multiple complaints,
we stopped that service and went BACK TO Lawn Connection. I've been
home several times when the LC workers have shown up (we have an annual
contract with them) and they ALWAYS do the entire property, just like
they are supposed to. Even better, they've made their offerings more
environmentally friendly and organic. We especially like that they offer
milky spore treatments (a harmless bacteria) for Japanese beetle
control.

I fired them, because they are not doing their job right. Compared to when I hired them, they are inattentive, missing a lot of things, and not paying attention to problems of the property that I was paying for; they are not watching the property the way it should and they are way overpriced. I've used them for years so I pretty much know them. Bushes were dying and sometimes bugs, I called them about it, then they said that they saw that and they already had it on the fall, they saw the bushes dead. I guess you know, I'm not waiting for the fall to fix it and My neighbors find out what I paid for them, they thought I was crazy.

They come when they say they are going to come. They do the job. Their price is fine. The quality of work is fine. I would use them in the future.

We're totally happy with Lawn Connection. They come when they say they will and are very responsive if we ask them to come at a time that wasn't previously scheduled. They're very accommodating.
