+ -1 moreSince I was going to install the steps and risers myself, I needed someone adept at cutting out the stringers for the steps and risers. Luis used three 2 by 12 inch ten foot boards and provided cut-outs for the steps. He also attached the stringers to the base of the deck and to the ground at the base of the stringers.
Description of Work: Luis cut out and installed three stringers to be used for a set of stairs from a deck to the yard. These were done accurately and professionally.

+ -1 moreWe were able to paint the first floor of the outside of our house but needed someone to paint the second floor portion of the house. We contracted with Luis, owner of R and B Improvements, to perform the job. The job was started on time and was completed in a professional manner. Luis also painted the trim around the windows for us. We were quite happy with the result and the manner in which the work was performed.
