Brilliant Home & Office Cleaning

Today I had an appoinment for cleaning with Brilliant Home and Office Cleaning after purchasing an Amazon Local deal. Tiffany was the employee who came out along with a gentleman came out to clean. When they first walked in, they seen my 11lb Shih Tzu puppy outside and first thing they said that they charge an $18 pet service. I asked why, they said because they use pet friendly chemicals and they have to discard the supplies after they are finished with my home. Next, they proceed to tell me that they don't clean inside microwaves. Every other cleaning service I have used does that, they only charged extra for inside of fridges and ovens. Tiffany proceeds to tell me that they impose extra limitations for Amazon Local and Groupon vouchers. Isn't that something you should state in the deal, and isn't that a bit rude to say. Clearly the company is looking for additional customers which is why he offered the deal. Next, the gentleman proceeds to tell me that it's really the company that has bad business, and that if I were to have them come to clean my home independently there wouldn't be any extra charges or limitations. Really, how loyal and trustworthy are you. Tiffany then tells me that she would arrange it so that it looked like they were never here so I can get a refund. When I reminded her of her company's refund policy, she told me that Amazon guarantees satisfication and that I would get it. After all, just yesterday she cleaned a couple's home and they were not satisfied and she called Amazon to help them get a refund. Clearly this company has some issues
