Carlo from Vitale Inspection Services inspected a new house for my wife and me, and it was such a great experience. We were nervous going into the inspection, but Carlo was obviously a professional. The inspection was thorough, and Carlo explained everything so clearly, we left feeling knowledgable and confident about our new house! Dave from Vitale Inspection Services was extraordinarily detailed, friendly, and helpful during the entire inspection process. He arrived 15 minutes early (at the same time as us), and introduced himself and gave us an overview of what he was going to be doing and what we could expect and look for. This was immediately comforting, as we are first time home buyers and really had no idea of what to expect. Throughout the inspection, he explained everything he was doing in terms we could understand, and even offered up some tips for us as first time home owners. At the end, he gave us all of the details regarding next steps, when to expect the report, and a list of experts and websites that could be of use to us in the future. He even said that we should feel free to contact them at any time, even after the inspection period was over, if we had any questions or concerns at all, and they'd be happy to help us out or point us in the right direction. You could tell that Dave was very passionate about his work, and definitely a subject-matter expert. Additionally, Anthony (back in the office) was extremely nice and helpful with getting everything scheduled and coordinated with our agent and attorney. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for inspection services.

Chris was an excellent inspector, he provided great detail on the condition of the home I was buying and truly helped me make informed decisions during this home-buying process. he was incredibly professional and represented his company well. He also mad referrals for areas of the home that would need future improvements. I was eery satisfied with the inspection.

He let us trail behind him and explained everything he was doing, as well as all of his findings. It went very well! My wife and I were extremely pleased with our home inspector Chris. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, and explained things as he went. Anywhere he could get into, he checked. He told us what he found and why it was important consider. In no way did he seem rushed either. He took his time making sure that he checked every wall, light fixture, appliance, major system, outlet, windows, etc! The fee was reasonable too when considering all he does. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We are so happy that we decided to go with Vitale Home Inspections. A lot of issues were found within the house, many minor and a few major. Thanks to Chris Cook we now have a better idea of what to expect and what to look for when considering a new home. Carlo was great! I called several inspection companies and Vitale inspection was the only one that does full house inspection and an oil tank sweep. Plus it was the only company with good reviews. It was easy to get an appointment. I asked for Carlo thru recommendation and he didn't disappoint. He was very thorough, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained things while going thru the house. He pointed out how things should be. He found several problems that needed attention as well major repairs that needed more immediate intervention. One of the major problem would have costed us alot of money too. He gave recommendations for future needs. I was glad we picked him to inspect our house. Definitely recommend him to anyone.

The appointment went as well as I hoped. Carlo was there on time, walked me through the whole process and provided a very thorough examination of the home. The inspection report was delivered the following day with pictures that showed everything we reviewed. Great experience!

He also had no problem with me following him around and answered all my questions. At the end of the inspection, he gave me his general opinion, which eased my mind tremendously. While he told me I would receive his full written report the next time, he actually emailed it to me within a few hours. Chris was already at our new house when we arrived. He already checked out the roof & outside of the house. He allowed us to shadow him & explained everything as he made notes & took pictures. He made sure to tell us what was very important & what was cosmetic. He was quick but extremely thorough. We received the full report in a few hours.

Dave was very professional and thorough in his walk-through and explanation of what he was doing, what he was looking for, and why he was doing what he was doing. The inspection went well and Dave explained what changes or little things could be done to fix up the house after closing. He continued to display his professional demeanor when asking us if we had any intent on changing or making improvements to the home and offered us a list of trusted contractors and services that Vitale Inspections have worked with and trust. Bottom line: I would absolutely contact Vitale Inspection Services again in the future for all these reasons.

The inspection went very well. The inspector was very thorough and even showed me how to work one of the doors with special safety features. I also opted for the termite inspection and radon test. For the size house I had inspected the price was great. The system they use to let you view your report is also very nice. I made my list of repairs by clicking a button and saved the list as one file.

Vitale Inspection Services is the best. They make everything super easy. All starting from the call to order an inspection. Anthony is ready to work with you and house the house pulled up in front of him as soon as you give the address. He then takes care of confirming the appointment (of a time that works best for you) with the agents and sellers. So easy! The day of the appointment, I showed up early and Carlo was already there ready to start. He got in the house and started the dishwasher and turned the heat up to make sure that was all working before we entered the house. He is very thorough and squeezs into spots you wouldn’t believe. He explained everything in detail to my wife and I and answered any questions along the way that we had. It was not only good to see what was wrong with the Home, it was great to learn how the Home actually worked! He sent the finished report over to me by the next morning which was clear and concise. This is my second time using Vitale Inspection Service and both times i was more than satisfied. From the first call, booking the appointment was so simple. As soon as i told Anthony the address, he knew all the necessarily details of the home. He then contacted my agent and got everything scheduled and coordinated with the sellers and their agents. So simple. On the day of the inspection, Carlo was there early and ready to go! He squeezed into every nook and cranny of the home and found some real issues. He was very thorough and informative. He explained everything to us as he was going and taught us a bunch about this home. I couldn't have asked for better service. The next morning my report was waiting for me. Everything that we had discussed during the inspection was in the report with pictures and an explanation. There was also a feature to create a request list using the pictures and inspector comments along with my own personal comments. What an awesome feature! i filled it out and sent it to my representative and am currently waiting on a response. Fingers crossed! Dave (inspector) was there 15 mins early, which was great! He explained how the inspection process would go and was very friendly. Thru out the inspection it felt like we were getting valuable info & he schooled us on so many things we did not know as first time home buyers. Very INFORMATIVE. We really appreciated that he took the time to explain things to us & give us advice. For example: the sliding doors in the house are new and he said to call and re register them so we have that warranty under our names as the new home owners. He pointed out things like that & really had our best interest in mind. Just a genuinely good guy! They also provided us w/ a list of other trusted contractors, which we needed. * A portion of our inspection fee went to a charity as well on their (vitale's) dime! Very nice guys!

I had my inspection done with Dave Keintz and it was the best experience for me as well as for the seller. He was professionally early to the inspection with a clean presentation. He was very thorough and realized this was my first inspection and went over every detail and what each one means with pictures provided. He left their home, my future home in the exact condition it was before he showed up and afterwards the sellers took the time to thank us for picking him as they have heard horror stories from other companies with home inspections. I would recommend Dave and Vitale Inspections any day of the week and I will with anyone that asks me in the future. A++++++ Job
