Great! Anthony juggled the schedule to get the inspection done quickly and Chris was early for the inspection. He was very thorough and explained things completely. The written report was detailed with many pictures.

The inspection went extremely well. Chris, who conducted my inspection, was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and courteous. Chris took great care when examining each area of the home. Additionally, he was able to clearly explain what he was reviewing and what he found in real-time. Not only was the inspection complete and thorough, but the fulsome report was circulated to me later that same day! I would highly recommend Chris, and Vitale Inspection Services. As a matter of fact, if I am in the market again for a home, I would surely use their services again.

Chris did the inspection, he was very thorough with the inspection and explained everything as he went along and was happy answering any questions that we had. He made us feel at ease about the inspection process and made us felt as though we were buying a quality place. Also, he had the report completed and sent the same day which was just the cherry on top. Would definately use again and recommend to others. Setting up the appointment was easy and painless as well, I had some questions that I asked through email and rec'd an answer the same day.

Anthony (office contact) was extremely helpful and professional while scheduling the service and understanding everything that would be involved. Chris came out to do the actual inspection. Chris arrived earlier than expected and was half way through the inspection when we got to the house. He explained everything he had done in great detail and allowed us to walk through the home with him while he addressed our questions. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We received the inspection report later that day, which is a very quick turnaround in comparison with other inspection companies we have heard about. All in all, we are very happy with Vitale and would highly recommend them.

These guys were awesome!! The day of the inspection I pulled up to the house and they were waiting for me. As we were going through the home inspection he throughly explained what he was doing, why he was doing things, and how we could potentially correct the few minor things that were wrong. Additionally I felt very comfortable the entire time and had a few laughs during the process. If I ever buy a home again I would highly recommend these guys. They really go above and beyond! It went extremely well. We are in the process of purchasing a house. We used Vitale Inspection a second time as the first house that we wanted to purchase had unforeseen problems. Vitale Inspection Services performed a detailed inspection of a house I am working on purchasing and they far exceeded my expectations. He not only was on time he actually showed up early to perform the part of the inspections that I would not be part of yet went over them in detail. He also gave a detailed report with cover pages and table of contents which included pictures of everything he inspected. This being my first home purchase made me more comfortable in the home buying process in that I know right from the beginning what the quality of the home I am going to purchase. Carlo was fantastic, he walked me through every step of the process and gave detailed yet understandable descriptions of what he found and what he did not find in the home I am trying to purchase. Upon completion my realtor and I both felt confident in the thoroughness and information that was provided.

As far as the service, the inspector was very professional and and was on time and gave a detailed inspection however as far as the company goes, Vitale should practice keeping its clients personal information secure from third parties. I wasn't happy with the fact that Vitale company gave my email and phone number to third parties companies that has been sending me promotional email's and calling me by phone none stop since the inspection. I find that to be unprofessional. Vitale should request permission from its clients before giving out their phone number/emails. It's not fair to the client to have to undergo harassing phone calls from other companies for choosing to do business with Vitale. I've received numerous emails not pertaining to my inspections report as well as phone calls because Vitale does not exactly protect its clients personal inspiration. Besides sharing my personal contacts without my permission, service would have been excellent otherwise.

We had used Vitale on another house we were under contract for a couple of months prior. The first house Vitale charged us five hundred dollars. This being our second inspection with Vitale, they gave us a break to four hundred dollars. Anthony, who was in constant communication with me from the Vitale office, remembered me from the first inspection and was very helpful in setting this next inspection up. I asked if we could have Chris again because he was so thorough with the last inspection. When I showed up to the appointment at the house, Chris had shown up early and had already inspected the roof and exterior (places that usually clients don't go). Whenever I had a question, he stopped what he was doing and patiently answered, he also explained in detail the probable causes, and possible remedies from his experience. At the end of the inspection we ran through the summary with pictures. Talk about quick... that evening, I had the entire report emailed to me with pictures. That was the case on both homes. Side note: each month Vitale donates part of it's revenue to a local charity. Very respectable company and management.

Vitale Services were utterly professional and helpful with their inspection. They answered all questions and, above all, stood 100% behind their services. I wanted to know if anything needed attention prior to me listing our house for sale on the market. This way there would be no surprises to the buyer, nor to us when the buyer has their inspection done. Chris arrived exactly on time. Professional and knowledgeable, asking some important questions and taking many notes along the inspection. Any questionable areas were photographed and discussed at the end of the inspection. Chris made several suggestions as preventive maintenance as well as items that needed replacement. I think that he did a thorough job, checking inside and out, electrical, plumbing, structural, etc. The 65 page report is identified by sections, is very clear and easy to read and a picture is placed next to the description being explained. Very professional! We will be purchasing another house within the next few months. Vitale Home Inspection, LLC, and Chris Cook, have earned our trust - not by talking a good game, but by performance.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail of the inspector. It was readily apparent that Chris, the inspector, has a passion for what he does. We are very pleased with the thorough inspection that Chris performed. He explained different parts of the home we are buying and made suggestions for future improvements. His report was thorough and it resulted in home seller addressing most of the items brought up.

I called Vitale Inspection Services and spoke with Anthony Vitale. First impression: Anthony is a very informative, patient and helpful member of this company. My gut instincts kicked in when I spoke with Anthony and let me know I was going in the right direction. Second Impressions: Although Carlo was not available to do the inspection on the requested date, Chris Cook was. I had already researched Vitale Inspection Services. Chris is also a member of ASHI, has his NJ home inspector license, pest control cert, and radon inspection cert according to: NJ Div. of Consumer Affairs lic. check and NJ Dept. of Env. Protection. The price for gen. inspect, WDI, and One Radan test was just equal to about five other inspectors I called. Chris arrived earlier than inspection time and was already at work when my husband arrived. This put my husband a bit off because he wanted to see everything Chris did, but Chris answered all of our questions and gave us some very good information about what he saw. He was very thorough and let us know exactly which items of the house we were looking to purchase that really raised red flags. He included in his report things that should be fixed, absolutely had to be fixed and things that looked just fine. Again my gut instinct said I could trust Chris. His report arrived within a day. It is an electronic report that can be accessed with a password. It can easily be shared, saved or printed. Chris includes pictures of all the questionable items so it is clear that they need to be addressed. The WDI report came within another day or two and the radon report about a week after (it having to go through another company for test results). I was happy with Chris Cook as our inspector, the report itself, and the company representation by Anthony. We will use this company again... ...well, the last house did not work out....BUT we found another one and we asked Vitale to do the inspection for us. Carlo came to the house this time and he did a thorough job of checking everything and explaining what he was checking, why and the house systems in general. He was on time, he was a pleasant person to deal with and the report came the next day. A very nice company! PS_this house worked out
