Nice job done and they met all my requests

The ladies cleaned my kitchen and bathroom. I didn't know I had to supply them with cleaning products. When they left I realized my antibacterial cleaner, sponge and a roll of paper towels were missing.

Assuming great service and working backwards I removed stars for the following: - Very late start and very long day with 1 person most of the job. - Deep cleaning service agreed but many areas visibly can be seen ignored and left dirty. I had to have several rooms revisited. - Dishonest pricing, people working per hour and I tracked them leaving for hours at a time. - Tried to overcharge for poor work. - I paid the agreed person per hour but would not consider them again.

When I asked for a “deep clean” - I got a DEEP CLEAN! They did an awesome job!

These ladies have become my go to for weekly maid services. Always punctual and great job.

Lovely people, dependable, punctual, and professional. My house was very dusty and dirty, and the Cosiness team of three women did a great job of getting our first floor nice and clean, spending almost four hours dusting, mopping, vacuuming, steam cleaning, polishing and scrubbing! Oh, my, they did lots of hard work for a very small fee, much less expensive than other services in our area. They were careful in moving around treasured glassware and other belongings, and very thorough getting dust out of nooks and crannies. Wow, what a difference! Next week, I am looking forward to their attacking our second floor. After that, they will come back every week for a general all-over house cleaning. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Came quickly. Overall good work. The stove was still left greasy and the tub not fully cleaned up that we had to get redone.

There were a slight confusion on the pricing of the work. But it was resolved promptly

Everyone was wonderful to work with! We hired them for a thorough full house clean before we moved into our new house. Their service was prompt and they responded to all of my questions. We were extremely impressed with the quality of work. We will definitely use them again!

Nice people. If u want walls cleaned tell them in advance before cleaner gets to house, because it is an upgrade n costs a little more. Expect them to use a lot of chemical, which isn't ideal if u own a cat. Ask if it is dangerous to kitty, because I forgot to. When I clean I rinse, I did not see a rinse by them. Too much chemical walked on by kitty can cause sickness in kitty, so next time I'll ask about their products n request rinsing for 4 legged friends.

They were very accommodating (as I needed my house clean in one day notice), punctual and did an amazing job.
