I have tried many cleaning services in area. Cosiness is definitely one of the best. The cleaning and freshness after cleaning done was out of world. It was wonderful working with them and I ended up hiring them for monthly cleanings.

The cleaning crew came to our house on time and ready to work. They had all the necessary equipment to do their job and proceeded to deep clean our house. They were thorough and detail oriented. Windows, doors, floors all done meticulously. And in the kitchen...oven, refrigerator and smaller appliances all done spotless. This company promised and delivered. Days later we are still loving the smell of cleanliness. They are the best and now we have hired them on a regular schedule. Kudos to a company that does what it says.

This girls are professional. The owner contacted me immediately. Follow up was exceptional. I run a company so I am very picky on how bad you want my business and how your customer service is and I give them 5 stars.

They were very flexible and accommodating on the scheduling. They were able to come earlier than the scheduled time, texted to inquire if that was ok and showed up promptly at the new time. The two ladies that came did an extremely thorough and professional job. They cleaned 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a family room, parlor, kitchen/dining area plus stairs, hallways and the 2nd floor landing in about 3-1/2 hours. Will definitely use them again.
