Cynthia the owner of Brite White cleaning is very flexible and easy to work with. I ended up hiring her on a permanent basis after I purchased the initial deal. She has been cleaning for me for about 6 months now. I highly recommend her. She does a very thorough job. I like the fact that she is the owner but also cleans along with her employees. She does not contract out her work like most cleaning companies. There also is not a language barrier the way there can be a lot of the time when working with cleaning companies.

Cynthia was excellent from the first phone call until the job was completed. She also recommended a carpet cleaner who also did an excellent job. They coordinated times so all the cleaning was done in one day.

I initially hired Brite White for a deep clean of our home with the plan of hiring biweekly if we were pleased. We were pleased! The house looks three shades brighter somehow! Cynthia and her staff are down to earth, funny, responsive, on-time and Cynthia checks in after cleaning to make sure we were happy with the work. I highly recommend Brite White!

I was looking for someone to clean my house biweekly and decided to take a look on Angie's list. The reviews listed for Brite White Cleaning Services were excellent, so I decided to call and set up an appointment. Cynthia and her crew were prompt and very professional and trustworthy. They clean my home even better than I do myself. Brite White has been cleaning my home for about 2 months. The quality has remained consistently high. I absolutely would recommend them to everyone.

We have been working with Brite White Cleaning Service for approximately 2 weeks between home and office (2 total cleans). Thus far, the owner has been very responsive in communication, makes sure she is using the right products that we just purchased (my wife is pregnant and we identified less toxic products to use) and more. Our shower is of biggest concern for us and her team did a great job in this area. Last night, we came home and our bed was made! My previous cleaning person did not do this. I look forward to our continued work together.

The cleaning service was great! The girls that came to the house were friendly and completed the cleaning of my house wonderfully. Cynthia is a great business woman, and truly wants her clients to be happy with her service. I will definitely recommend her cleaning service to friends!

The team of four ladies were prompt and well organized. They took my to-do list and knocked it out in two hours. Whether it was the bathrooms, floors or kitchen, they did an outstanding job. Efficient, friendly and professional, I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Great! Cynthia was wonderful and stayed in touch with our changing schedule to get our house clean immediately after the movers had emptied the house. She and her ladies did a great job! Highly recommended!

We have been using this service for over twenty five years. It has been wonderful, and we have no complaints.

Brite White is absolutely wonderful. We were introduced to them by the builder in 2008 who brought them in to scrub the house before we moved in. It sparkled. After that, we hired them full-time as housekeepers (see above) where they are infinitely reliable and competent. We have extremely high standards for clean and orderly and Brite White meets those expectations better than anyone we've ever used before over the last 30 years. For all the other functions, they are so reliable and competent that they are the "go-to" people for our needs. In fact, Cynthia's (the owner's) brother is a handyman who can offer fantastic help in a pinch. In other words, we feel blessed that Brite White are in our lives. They don't just clean the house. They can be real helpers when we need them. Shopping: pro-active and quick. They create their own shopping list, if we want them too as well as routinely checking in for what we need. Any frequency. For a while, one of them was helping to make meals. In that case, they made their own shopping list, and cooked dinner at whatever frequency we needed. (Weekly at one point). Helping with the pets: they offer better service than a kennel at better than kennel prices. The dogs stay with them and they come to the house daily to feed the cats. Sometimes, the requests go to them relatively late - but they always respond with cheerful support. We've never had to look elsewhere for help. I have nothing but the most enthusiastic support for these guys. Anyone who calls them in for any sort of support, even if it's just cleaning, will no doubt be grateful. I am an extremely hard judge of work and rarely offer such unadulterated praise for people who work for me, including in the office. So, in that context, this praise for Brite White is well-deserved and hard-won. Enjoy!

Overall very pleased with cleaning. I have used Brite White for over ten years now. They always show up as scheduled and are flexible if I need to reschedule. Very trustworthy. Never had an issue with things gone missing. I highly recommend.

Do discuss your specific expectations for general visits and you can contact her for specifics or areas of concentration. Don't need to provide cleaning products or vacuum but you probably can I leave linens to be used out so there's no tyring to figure out which size for which bed They don't wash my bed linens, but place them in laundry room but would wash if asked They do accept feedback and special requests They are flexible if you have a conflict or a special occasion so you can request a date or time change They do have the key to my home and have indicated they can be available to water plants if we're away If you're home, they'll work around you and accommodate your being there. My husband switches rooms or sits out on the deck. They do give our cat treats and he gladly goes in the basement to be out of there way. They'll neatly stack mail and papers to clean off desks and tables. I've used them for over a decade and it has freed me up to enjoy other activities.

I have used this service since I moved to New Jersey in 2003. The detail to cleaning has always been extremely thorough . I have always found the staff to be reliable, trustworthy, and personable. The owner is always easy to reach and very responsive to scheduling changes and to providing extras (pet care and setting the alarm). Finding this service has been a godsend to me!

I have been using this service for many, many years. They don't increase price very often. Overall, they do excellent work quickly. I trust them with a key to my house as I am usually not home when they come.
