They do have a front man in my area but the company itself was in Tom's river. As a result, when they came to do my windows, one poor guy had to do my whole house in the dark. Appointments weren't always convenient because they had to come down from the shore and it had to be at certain times. They passed us off to someone else who was a good distance away and we weren't happy with that. They should have told us they couldn't service our area very efficiently. The workmanship was fine. They came out and they offered us financing. We signed papers for that then we got a credit card in the mail with a ridiculous amount of interest. We didn't need them to open up a credit card in our name for us. We didn't like the way they did business. There were times they didn't show up. Originally we even canceled the deal and the president of the company called, apologized, said they ordered our windows, took off some money, and that they were going to do a good job for us but there were some things they didn't complete.
