Service performed as scheduled and met my expectations . Job was done in about 2 hours.

I have a house built in 1924...... very vintage and beautiful, I wanted to keep the integrity, especially in the bathroom ( the value of the beautiful bathtub of years ago ).... I AM 100 % PLEASED, HAPPY AND THRILLED, Russ worked with me as we encountered delays as the project fell behind by a few day's due to construction delays. Russ was WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH every step of the way, re-scheduling not just once but three times as my sheetrock / spackle / painter was delayed... HE WORKED VERY CLOSELY WITH ME AND THE END RESULT IS 100 % TOTALLY SATISFIED AND MY OLD 1924 VINTAGE BATHTUB IS MAGNIFICANT I am in business and know the reality of business in America, people promise and do not deliver.. NOT IN THIS CASE THEY DELIVERED ALL-NEW DELIVERED BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. GREAT JOB AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED ALL-NEW TO SEVERAL OF MY CLOSEST FRINDS. Russ, I imagine the owner, was very receptive to scheduling as we have a toddler, a dog, and Tight schedules. The job wasn't perfect the first go around, but all I had to do was call him and the guy was back the next day to make it right.

I was very pleased with the work All-Tub did on the glazing done to my bathtubs, shower and tiles. It looks better every day. Russ is very professional and wants to make sure his customer is satisfied. And Victor works extremely hard to make sure the job is done right, and will come back and fix anything you need. I say a big Thank You to Victor, he and his they crew worked a very hard and did a fabulous job. I would recommend All-Tub to anyone who is thinking of having their bathtubs, showers or tile refinished. The rooms look better and better every day. When I walk into my bathrooms and see a beautiful white tub with matching tiles, instead of the 60's pink and blue I feel great and I am extremely glad I had it done it makes a huge difference in the bathrooms. My tub was reglazed. The owner was in constant contact to schedule and he followed up to see if the service was preformed to my and my husbands satisfaction. The technician who reglazed the tub was on time, courteous, and requested that we check his work to see if we were happy. I would definitely be happy to refer this company.

Russ, was prompt with a response to my request. He was able to accommodate the job according to my schedule. His worker was very professional and arrived on time. He was great with follow-up and I will definitely call him back when I redo the bathtub downstairs.

Very professional

The good news is that the owner , Russ, will send his man back again and again to do the job right. The bad news is that the had to do the job 3 times in order to get a fair job. First time drip marks, missed spots, no sand in the bottom of the tub, poor/no calking. Second time, surface contained specs, no sand, poor calking. Third time, poor calking. Each time the owner Russ was very responsive, but in the end I settled for a fair job as I had to complete the rest of the project and could not afford another delay.
