Russ was on top of his game. He was always available whenever I called. He quoted competitively, providing reassurance multiple times. The work product was stunning. My shower tub looks new. The person who showed up to do the job was professional, reassuring, knew what he was doing. I'd recommend Russ anytime.

Excellent service start to finish!! Scheduled, confirmed and arrived on time as promised. Repaired a chip in our porcelain tub that had previously been done by someone else 2 years ago. Ken (service tech), stated "when I'm done with this, it will definitely be better than what was done before" and he certainly kept to his word. You can't tell it ever existed. Russ called this morning to ensure our satisfaction. RARE indeed to have a company care enough to call after the job and make sure their customer is happy. Highly recommend if you need this type of service - look no further!! I know I won't if I ever need their services again.

The inquiry was handled promptly with an actual upfront quote on cost. The professional who came by to do the job was prompt, professional, and very personable. he did the work and exercised the utmost care that the tub was resurfaced without any impact to the rest of the room. He gave me the full lowdown on the maintenance of the surface, something the previous contractor failed to do. Highly recommended in my book.

The tub went from, whoa that was heavily used, to a beautiful antique, very usable caste iron tub, it has to be, it's our only bathroom. From the beginning all went well with discussion, price, date, confirmation, follow up. He was there on time, prepped well as to not ruin other items in the room, finished and provided instructions. The one comment-he did not share that the hardware needed to be removed. Good thing my husband was home and is handy and disconnected the plumbing so the job could be done properly. The job took about 90 minutes. Our opinion, the price was high for the small amount of labor involved to achieve the finished product, but it is what it is. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. We're pleased. It looks great and so far is holding up very well.

immediately after my inquiry i got a phone call back. Very quick response, which to me is an indication that customer service is a priority. The person actually doing the job came as scheduled and job was completed as originally stated it would be. Although I have not seen the completed job i understand from my tenant it looks great and he is very happy with the finished product.

They came, they re glazed the tub, they applied caulk around the edges.

I hired them to refinish my old pink tub to a white color. They did a very good job and it was done in about an hour. They kept in touch with me before and after the job and even came back to touch up a tiny spot that did not cover. I would definitely recommend them.

I had my bathtub resurfaced due to a defect in the original finish. The tub now looks brand new and at a fraction of the cost and time involved to replace the tub! When the tech was finished he left the bathroom clean and neat, as though he had never been there.

My tub was positively an eyesore. About 50 years old, stained and chipped. Being short on time and money we did not change this tub 10 years ago when we renovated the rest of the bathroom. What was kinda ugly then turned into really ugly after 10 years. This guy is a miracle worker. My tub shines like new and the non-slip surface in put on the bottom really makes taking a shower much more secure for us seniors. Great job....THANKS. Now my tub looks great!

The tub turned out well. I wanted pure white to match the new bathroom sink and toilet but, the color is a little off it has a blue cast to it. I would not recommend getting the no slip tub, feels like you are sitting on sand. I guess that was my fault I did not understand enough about it. The job went very quickly. Looks like a new tub.
