Description of Work: They fixed a leaking toilet by replacing a worn part as well as cleared the drain in the tub. I do not remember when it was in 2015 but it was towards the beginning of the year.

Description of Work: We had a backup of sewage in the basement - it was minor - they came, told me they could not fully clean the waste pipe going inside the house and recommended me break up the concrete and have pipe replaced for 4'. I made myself crazy that following day to get someone in the house. The pumper thought he was crazy. That evening we had a bit more backup. Called as there's a 6 month warranty - sent anew gentlemen, who had a way bigger machine, and it cleaned the clog in just a moment. Wrong materials, wrong result!!
