In the end it was good. We did have a bit of an issue, but it worked out just fine. They were very helpful. We are very happy with the finished job. They did work to resolve the issue very rapidly.

I have had my house for 17 years and have used this Plumbing Service everytime I need a plumber. They are reliable, couteous and will come in the middle of the night if you need them. They use a great communication service to let you know when your plumber will arrive and where they are at the moment. They guarantee their work and will be there when ever you need them. Yes Plumbers are expensive and they are no exception. But you get what you pay for and they are there to stand behind their work. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and will continue to use them.

This company came on time, they were professional and reliable. They properly resolved the backup issue and also took the time to explain the procedure to me, which I appreciated. I felt they were reasonably price and therefore recommend them to others.

I believe I was fradulently charged by Roto-Rooter. The estimate and the actual bill are significantly different. I called Roto-Rooter to repair my hot water heater. The serviceman, Juan, came to my house and said the water heater had to be replaced. He wrote the following estimate: and quot;Replace HWH basement 1200+Tax+parts 1200 permit includedand quot;. He said, paraphrasing, It is $1200 for the water heater plus parts.* He said he would buy the water heater. After the work was done, he gave me a bill for $2638.21. Labor 1625 Parts 985.06 Discount 80.00 Product Tax 108.15 ** TOTAL 2638.21 I asked him why Parts was so high. He said that the Parts included the water heater. This is where I was tricked. I told him that he said the water heater was $1200. He said no that was labor. His supervisor, Errol, was also present. I asked them to show me the receipt for the water heater but they refused to show it to me. I made the payment by credit card. I already complained to Roto-Rooter but they have not given me a solution yet. * On the same visit I asked him to replace a water main valve ($345 + ?). I believe I was overcharged for the parts and labor. However, I am unable to quantify the amount because he did not provide an itemized list or receipt. ** He said he did not charge tax for the parts.I want to be billed for a total amount that is close to the estimate (call it corrected amount) and receive a refund credit for the difference of original amount paid minus corrected amount.

They responded quickly. I would use them again if need be.

Overall, I was very pleased with the services received. My kitchen sink was not draining properly,dirty water just sitting in the sink and when the toliets were flushed water came up from the shower drains, it was a disaster. Hank arrived 30 minutes after I called. He was able to pinpoint the problem right away. Within 20 minutes all of the drains were working properly. Hank also was kind enough to let me know certain brands not to use because they increase the chances of clogging pipes more so, than others. I spent more than I wanted, but considering how prompt and professional everything was handled from start to finish(especially on a SUNDAY!), I would gladly use and suggest this company again.

They were kind of pricey but they did come in the time they said they would. They fixed the problem and it had a warranty on it. I did have to call them back and they came back with no problem and fixed it again. They were professional and got the job done.

Nice workman, but it was almost $1000 to clear drain and fix faucet. Maybe I will have to learn myself.

work was done but sloppy so that the ceiling cannot easily be repaired now. the pipe extends down into where the wall board will go. cost was much higher than original estimate

They came out and gave me a price. My husband and I chose them to do the work. They were very, very nice. My husband does everything else, but he couldn't do this and I didn't want him to do any more than he already does. I thought their price was a little high. We haven't had any problems so far. They came out right away. They were in and out in half an hour.

Overall, they were excellent. I would highly recommend them. I had new pavers put in and they made sure they didn't dig up my pavers. They were very professional and I had great service.

Dont want to go into it but you would be better off finding a good plumber. The clog was cleared.

The experience went very well overall. The technician was prompt and explained to me exactly what he would do. I thought their price was very high, but the job was done correctly. He also did an extra small job for me. To install the camera, he was supposed to go in through the trap underground, but my home is 120 years old, so the cap was rusted shut. He removed a toilet instead, and when he replaced the toilet, I had an issue with the replacement. He had no problems with redoing the job. If I needed someone in a pinch I would definitely call them again.

I was very pleased to work with the indivual (John) sent to our home. He was very nice, friendly and tried to be accomodating to the fact that I also had a 2 month old in the house sleeping. He first made sure he assessed the damage, explained everything he was doing as he went along and made sure that the problem was properly resolved. I would definitely use their services again.

We did not have hot water on a new water heater the problem ended up being something minor so i only had to pay for a service call and with the coupon it was not expensive.

Pete arrived on time and we went down to the basement to check out the scene. He told me what the problem was and go on it pronto. He had some great recommendations as to how to ensure the health of our copper pipes considering the amount of calcium in our water. After he left I had a little trouble: no water coming out of the kitchen faucet. I called the company and he returned my call promptly with the answer... that darned calcium he'd mentioned was the culprit. He told me how to fix the problem over the phone and I was up and running. Excellent service!
