For the first deep-clean visit, everything went well. However, there was some confusion as to the timing on the second cleaning. That issue was resolved but it is impossible to get a hold of someone if you have a question. They are very slow to respond to calls or emails and there seems to be a bit of a communication problem in general with regard to confirming the timing/frequency of appointments. Also, the visits are slightly more costly than I would really like to pay.

I called multiple times, leaving a voice mail each time, never to hear back. I also try to contact them through their website, also never to hear back. Horrible customer service. Find a company that will call you back and appreciate your business.

The owner was super friendly. They came out on time. I just felt the price was good and the ladies that came out and cleaned were really good. The house was cleaned to my expectations and the girls that came were friendly and professional. I would recommend them.

I've had nightmare experiences with other cleaners, but these guys are wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone. The owners are locals, and they have good people working for them. They are even willing to come at 7 in the morning! They do a variety of cleaning services and will do extra, if requested. They are careful in the way that they treat our collectibles.
