The gentlemen were very professional. Very tidy, surprisingly so considering the dirt that had to be moved around. The garage and windows look wonderful!

Very collaborative process in terms of the look and feel of the walkway, as well as the final layout.

Atila was very good in explaining the process and going through the choices of colors and stamps with us. He also kept us informed of how it was going and sought our opinion when there was a small design issue. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent! If there was a grade higher than A, I'd give it. Atila and his crew went above and beyond. Because I was concerned about water drainage from my patio, they even installed a drainage system around the edges, to be sure the water had a place to go. Rain was expected the next day, so those men worked non-stop from 8:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. to remove the old patio, prepare the site and pour our cement so it had time to cure. I don't think they even broke for lunch. The patio looks great, drains properly and all for a very reasonable price compared to other contractors I had out. Atila was great to work with, his crew works hard and are very attentive to detail, and Beth in the office is very responsive. Great Job!

From the initial call with Beth (to schedule the estimate) to the actual project start/completion with Atila, everything was professional and very well done. Beth was extremely helpful with scheduling and addressing any questions about the process. Ken, who came to do the measurements for the estimate, was knowledgeable about what would be required and helpful in providing multiple measurements/options when we were unsure what size to choose. Atila, who worked and supervised the entire project, was a true professional and always willing to do what was necessary to make the project a success. He made sure we understood each step of the process as well as answering any questions that came up throughout the project. The only negative (if you can call it that).....Artisan does such good work that their schedule fills up quickly and may be booked weeks in advance already. Based on my experience with Artisan (and with Atila during the project), they will be my only call for future concrete work.

Excellent! They contacted me within 24 hours of purchasing the Angie's list deal. I sent pictures of the project, someone came out to review the work to be done. Then I was called to confirm the work and finalize the contract. When I came home the next day the project, was underway. The area undertaken was more than expected. Artisan's called me to describe what was done and that to do a good job an extra area was included - at no extra price! The final project was wonderful, more than expected. Everything was cleaned up, care of the new concrete was described. Everyone was friendly, described what they were doing, and any changes that would occur. The company was excellent with good communication with me. In addition this was a small job - and it is difficult to find people to do small jobs.

The results are absolutely beautiful!!! My back yard wood decking was rotting from insect and water damage. I researched concrete patios on Angie's List and decided on Artisan Concrete Specialist. Majority of old wood decking was removed ahead of time. Atila and his crew did a spectacular job. Atila was able to come up with solutions to problems during the job and make changes as necessary. He was always available to answer any questions. The completed patio looks better than I could have ever imagined! I have received many compliments already.

Exceptionally well! The job looks better than I could have expected. We had exactly 12 contractors come out. From contact with Beth in the office (who is super pleasant and easy to work with) to Atilla and his crew (very friendly and professional), the whole process was really a nice experience. Atilla walked me through some options when they arrived to work. They even made sure to do their best to keep the garden alive. I'd hire them again in a heart beat--and, in fact, will when we're ready to do our side porch.

My job must have been on the smaller side (190sf); I called 2-3 other contractors for estimates. One told me that it may be too far for him to travel for such a small job (even though my location was included as his territory), and I didn't get responses from the other two contractors I contacted (after leaving 2 VM each). I employed Artisan because they had great reviews on Angie's list and they had a special coupon for the first 100 sf of stamped concrete AND they were quickly responsive from the very first contact. The Angie's deal was to estimate the job in fall 2015 for a 2015 price and complete it in spring 2016. It worked exactly like that. Artisan came out exactly as they said they would in October. Ken measured and explained the process. I received an estimate and contract by email. We committed and sent a small deposit to reserve a spot on the schedule for 2016. Prior to the job start, Beth was in contact to give us a sense of timing. On the first day of the job, I needed to be there to clarify details. I had to sign contracts, choose colors, and stamp design - they will not direct this process (other than to answer questions). I totally understand because this is something that cannot be changed. By not being involved, the customer owns the responsibility for their choices - not the contractor. After getting everything smoothed out, I went to work (<1 hr total). At the end of the job there were some questions that I needed answered that also required an adjustment in the price. They were very considerate and amenable to the conversation. Everything worked out to a satisfactory conclusion. I would say that Artisan was professional and delivered what they promised. I love the end result. Even my wife who was not originally on board is very happy with our new, beautiful, patio. Thank you Artisan!

I work in real estate development and I work with many contractors and subcontractors. Atila is as reliable as they come. He has a true attention to detail and will not finish until you are 100% satisfied with his work. The job was impeccable and we gets compliments constantly on our walkway and porch. From start to finish the experience was EXCELLENT. Beth was very responsiveness in the front office helping my wife and I figure out what could be done within our budget. She also helped coordinate everything even offering guidance when it came to the township and getting the permits. Atila and his crew were amazing. Always professional and respectful of our property. He not only executed the plan that we put in place, he added his own special creativity to the design. Oh did I mention that their price couldn't be touched by the other 3 contractors who provided estimates? My wife and I really couldn't be more pleased. Attila was on time, answered all questions in a timely fashion, completed job on time at the price quoted, did a few other small things with no problem, cleaned up the work site when finished and followed up the next day to make sure everything was to our liking and no problems. As for a contractor, you can not ask for more. One more big thing, payment was not due until completion of the job, so no paying for something not done, and the contractor is no where to be found. He wanted to make sure everything was satisfactory before collecting. Thanks for a job well done!!

I found Artisan Concrete through a special deal offer on Angie's List. They offered a set fee for 100 sq. ft. of concrete, with the provision that it would cost more to pour in the driveway, apron, or curb because of the extra depth required to handle weight, etc. My entire area did not total 100 sq. ft. so the estimator applied a credit toward the apron and curb work. After some negotiation, I agreed to move ahead with the project. The work is beautiful. Atila, Beth, and the crew are very professional. They answer all questions and communicate promptly through Angie's List, which is how I chose to communicate with them. This, for me, is a sign of a reputable company. All responses were in writing and the contract was complete. All explanations regarding the scope of work were easy to understand. I highly recommend Atila and his team for any concrete work. Atila even offered suggestions regarding other concrete areas on my property. He came out on the day he stated and his team went to work. He was punctual and checked in with me to answer any questions I had. He returned to remove the plastic sheeting and to make sure all looked good. Thank you, Atila, Beth, and everyone who worked with me to complete this project. I have received many compliments from my neighbors.

Atila is very easy to deal with. He takes great pride in his work and explains everything. We worked together on the design and colors. We came up with a creative solution to where the cuts in the concrete should be to both serve the structural integrity as well as the aesthetic appeal to look more like cobblestone than concrete. Each day, he debriefed me on the progress and any challenges. I felt he went the extra mile to ensure the job came out satisfactory to both of us. It is a nearly year after the work was completed, and I am still very satisfied. My only complaint is about some puddling in the drive, but overall I still highly recommend Artisan. I intend to use them to maintain the concrete (e.g. sealing) as would use them again for any new work.

They planned on getting to us in the spring but because it was such a mild winter thus far they were able to come out and complete the job sooner. He was very friendly and dependable. The initial sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was not pushy (we hate pressured sales). I think it looks great!

It went well. Beth and Atila are VERY easy to work with and professional. The only thing to keep in mind is that concrete specialists cannot guarantee time schedules because of the weather/rain, just the nature of the beast. Atila and his crew do beautiful work.

The project went very well. The weather caused quite a few delays as the job was expected to start at the beginning of April and the services can't be performed if the temperature is too low, or there is too much rain, but I was kept apprised of adjusted timetable all the way through the process. Once they came out they did a fantastic job. They were able to break up and remove the existing concrete slab and have new concrete poured over a span of two days. The team was very professional, polite, and very efficient in their work. They did a wonderful job, and the finished product looks great.

Justin was very personable, responsive and came out to provide an estimate promptly. We discussed our project at length, and I found him to be tremendously knowledgable. As part of the estimate process, he walked me through the steps that would be involved, projected timelines, and issues he thought might crop up given the condition of our existing surface. I appreciated that he took the time, before having even been hired, to educate me on the ongoing care and maintenance of the stamped concrete finish to protect its durability and color. After we received the written estimate via e-mail, Justin was able to schedule our job within the week. The crew arrived as expected. When rain delayed the schedule, I got a call informing me of the shift and keeping me apprised of the new date that looked good, weather-wise. Because our house has white siding and we were staining the concrete a dark gray, I was thankful the guys proactively took great care to protect our siding and exterior doors from overspray. I was asked to provide feedback and examine their work along the way to ensure everything was progressing in line with my expectations. The results are astonishing - the walkway and patio look better than when they had been freshly poured and finished. Huge thanks for the attention to detail and commitment to the best possible results. They would be my first call if I had another similar job, and I would hire them again without question.

Atila and his team were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to add stamped concrete to their property. Atila kept us informed throughout the project on any changes in cost or design recommendations, specifically for our back patio as we were not simply replacing what was previously there. We had a landscape architect provide us with a design and Atila executed it beautifully. The only small critique that we would share is that we wished that he had provided us with more input on the concrete color selection. Atila was always very respectful and deferred to us as the customer; however, he is a concrete expert which is why we selected him as our vendor. What he did in our back patio with the color contrasts is beautiful and we wish that he would have provided the same expertise for our front patio. Not to say that there's anything wrong with the work done in the front - it's fantastic - but the back patio is above and beyond what we could have imagined. Overall, really great work and the team would be a great choice for stamped concrete. They contacted me within 48 hours to arrange for the quote, Ken was very helpful and provided a lot of good information. It took a little bit before the pad was installed, but if I contacted them, they responded quickly. During the work, I questioned what would be done with the ruts left by the equipment, they responded quickly that it would be taken care of. The job was done quickly, they did a great job, they cleaned up the ruts the best they could and planted grass seed. I understand that there should be an expectation of damage to the lawn, but I am glad they made an effort to clean it up. Overall, they do nice work and are nice to work with.

The new walkway and patio came out great. Atila and his crew were great to work with. They were very responsive to any questions, changes and/or concerns.
