I have painted every room in my house when I was younger, and I know it looks easier to do than it is. I'm pretty sure after the last time I said,'m never painting again! I have an old house with plaster wall indents and nicks on the doorways and molding. I read many of the reviews on Home Advisor and I took a chance on Arzeyuth's Painting based on the near perfect reviews. Im glad I did because Mr. Arzeyuth is a man of his word. He told me what he planned to do and followed through reliably with his impressive assistants. He told me the fee up front, was good to his word, and painted my 3 rooms and hallway within a few days. He did the final inspection himself to make sure it met his own approval. I will be calling him next year to do my first floor!

We interviewed several painting contractors and Mauricio gave us the most honest estimate and had the highest standards for work quality of anyone we met. Mauricio is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He guided us step by step through the work that was going to be done and patiently answered every question along the way. I can’t say enough about the pristine quality of his work. Mauricio paid close attention to every datail and made sure every imperfection was fixed the right way. He uses the highest quality paints and gave us recommendations on the right finish to use for our daughter’s playroom. We were in communication daily about the progress of the work and next steps. His response time is lightening fast and he is always extremely pleasant and polite over the phone and in person. The house was left in perfect condition every day, everything neatly put away for the next day’s work. Our family room is or favorite room in the house now. I can’t recommend Mauricio more highly.

This was a top to bottom power wash, hand scrap, base priming, Ready Patch of boards, hand sanding of Ready Patch, another priming, top coat, trim work, wood repair and shutters of a 218 year old home. Results are amazing, so much so that people stop by to complement the quality of the workmanship. Words cannot due justice to the outcome of this time consuming project. If your home is in need of a professional, reliable and responsive team look no further. Hire Maurice and his crew. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.
