They had to arrange to get permits from the Town, they had to get the Utilities to come out and mark the underground gas lines and water lines, they had to bring a piece of earth moving equipment into the property and they had to put down plywood on the grass to prevent it from damaging the grass and then remove the tank with this earth removing equipment. They had to take soil samples to test for contamination in the ground. They had to arrange for that to be tested. They had to get the results and submit them to the Town so that I could get passing grades which is a condition for the sale of the property. He had to come to the house for at least on three separate occasions for the various parts of the process. They did an excellent job. Price wise I had got three other estimates and his price was half of everybody else. If I ever have to use them, I would use them in the future.
