Rich and his team are always professional and reliable. They do a good job and have been very responsive to my requests. We have kids and a dog, and as a result, there are often toys, sports equipment, hoses, dog toys, etc... in the yard, that should have been picked up. Rich and his team have always moved the "debris" out of the way and continued to mow (they never just mow around). His prices are reasonable and he committs to the amount he will charge up front and then holds true to that. I have had bad experiences with other landscapers in the past who charged as much as double the agreed upon rate. Rich is also a very honest and trustworthy individual. Once, one of his mowers picked up a rock and broke a window. I would not have noticed that the window was broken and certainly would not have known it was caused by his mower. He called to tell me what happened and offered to pay for replacement of the window. He even assisted me in changing a flat tire! These are the reasons I am a loyal customer.
