I contacted Service Magic for numerous jobs and was not disappointed. I would recommend K./Lombardi Construction unhesitatingly to my friends and neighbors. They were professional and courteous and performed the work as requested.

Was a minor roof repair, but they came on time and were very personable.

We had faschia damaged in a storm and needed a professional. I was able to email a photo of the damage and get a quote, which was very convenient. The work was done quickly.

Our basicly flat roof run off always freezes in the winter causing flooding and other leaking problems. Anthony was the only construction person in over 20 years that recomended what I thought would solve the problem. He installed new downspouts and place electric deicing cords within them and now a week later and another snow fall, IT WORKS, no ice damn or buildup atall. I highly recomend you at least give them a chance to bid on any of the work you need done.

We called Lombardo for a leaking roof. He repaired the inside and outside areas. They completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. They were neat and respectful.

The company was the best! Anthony came out quickly identified my problem and we scheduled the work. They were on time, knew what they were doing and fairly priced. I would use them again and will in the future.

They showed up as promised to give me an estimate, and then showed up on time the next day and completed the repair as promised.

Gave us a fair estimate; was comparable or lower than other estimates we were given. He asked for a flexible schedule, but mentioned it would be done before the end of the week- came back next day to do the job. Only took 1 1/2 hours to complete and the job was done well and looks great!
