Simplify IT scheduled a home repair visit the same day I contacted them. The Tech arrived the next day on time. The Tech was very knowledgeable and professional explaining the repairs as she went along. My PC was back up and repaired within 90 minutes. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this vendor.
