The roof replacement job was o.k.. The workmen dropped some equipment on my porch which was coated with a waterproof membrane slightly damaged. I have made numerous calls to Sandra and Duke never returned my calls. Extremely unprofessional.

Very professional, the contractor took the time to show me where the damage was. I called four contractors and Crg Contractors was the only not trying to sell me a new roof.

The new chimney construction was first rate and for the first time ever, the chimney does not leak. The stucco job and brick replacement on my porch were done expertly, with all bricks perfectly aligned and thoroughly mortared. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars is that I am a perfectionist and would have preferred the mortar joints to be a little smoother.

I called for an estimate on a small repair for a slate roof. They returned my call immediately and scheduled a crew to give me an estimate the next day. Billy came out and gave me a very fair estimate and the job was completed the next day. I would definitely refer CRG to anyone looking to have any roofing done.

They are reliable, efficient, sincere nd professional . Couldn't ask for anything better than that😁!

Supervisor Joe communicated well and went beyond to make sure the project was done in a timely manner. His crew arrived one time, was friendly, professional and left the worksite clean.

I had my flat roof repaired Nov 2nd. CRG sent out two of their workers . Not the person that I signed the contract with. A Joe. They put tar on the roof and something else. After I time. They asked to be paid; they were finished. When I asked about fixing the leaking gutter they did not know what I was talking about. I insisted they address it. They then used a caulking gun to put a thin line of roof sealant on top of the gutter edges. I paid them; total 1750.00. I contacted CRG due to my concerns about the quality of the work done. I spoke to a Saundra who nicely took my messages Nov 5th to Nov6th. No calls back. Finally Nov8th Sandra states Joe will come out to check the job Sat Nov 9th. I waited all day. No call. No one came out to check the work done on my house. I signed a contract in good faith with CRG Contractors Inc. to perform repairs to my house. In good faith I paid them,. The least they could do is stand by their work. This situation is below the standard I expected from a contractor recommended by Home Advisor. What is going on here? Maybe Home Advisor could explain to me what happened with CRG Contractor Inc. Their lack of response is stunning; considering they are promoted on your website. Perhaps you can get them to back check work done by their employees. Thank you.

They did a great job! Duke and his crew were professional and quick . When he gave us the estimate, he made some suggestions as to the repair and look of our chimney. Also suggested we repair our heat chimney at the same time. The cost was fair and it looks great . I would absolutely recommend this company and would hire them again!

wait for next heavy rain to see if the leak was fixed. Home office kept me update on worker's schedule with one hour margin.

CRG Contractors could not have been more responsive, professional, effective or friendly. Came the next day after I called both times. Fixed a pesky and damaging leak in my roof and made my old flagstone walkway look like new! The Owner was terrific--honest, smart, and efficient--crew was delightful and hard-working, jobs done right with no drama. Use them!!

For starters, The scheduler person scheduled us for the wrong day. The crew lacked attention to detail, and I had to double check their work because it was not done according to the contract specifications. The crew was very young and there was no one among them that could be accountable for the work once it was completed. I called several times and asked to speak with the technician who prepared our work order. I was told he would call me back. That never happened.

They finally identified and fixed a problem that we had assessed several times. Duke was the only contractor who could fix it, and the cost was way less than we'd expected.

This company came right out to my house very quickly. They gave me a very reasonable price and timely service. Sandy in customer service was especially helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this company very highly.
