LV Painting was our first choice in painters. He is honest, hardworking, dependable and his work is beautiful! I recommend him to everyone.

Everything went very well. The painting was meticulously done, repairs to woodwork that needed repairing or replacing were carefully and professionally done. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up and put away or restored to their original place.

Luis and Carlos were friendly and did an incredible job painting my parents' house. The house itself is tall and difficult to paint, but they had the tools and skills to do the job. Luis and his helper impressed me very much with their strong work ethic by putting in 12-hour days from 7 am to 7 pm until the job was completed. Excellent exterior painting and very good carpentry. High quality work at a reasonable price!

When my painter got sick and couldnt meet my deadline, I contacted LV Painting. Luis showed up on a Sunday, and we agreed to a price . He showed up on Monday and job was finished ny Wednesday ! This was a 500 square ft room with 18 ft cathedral ceiling. The room also needed to be taped and spackled in several corners. The room required 2 coats of paint. I cant begin to express how pleased I am with the result. LV was prompt, fast and professional. His work is exceptional and fairly priced. Would hire again in a second and definitely recommend !

A real professional Luis & his crew did an excellent job. They took down wallpaper, skimmed the walls & painted our kitchen & bathroom. They were clean & neat & the job was done in the time he said it would take. Luis has an eye for color. He helped me pick out the right shades of the colors I was interested in. It was a pleasure working with him & when I need more work done he is the man I will call.

Several members of my family have used Luis and his crew for partial and full house painting projects. The results have been awesome! This company is very professional to deal with, from estimation through completion. My project included tedious wallpaper removal and extensive wall prep, including replacement of a couple of areas of sheetrock where mold was discovered. While much of the project was painting, Luis and crew did some carpentry, including moulding and a chair rail. I am thrilled with the finished product!

We hired Luis Valverde and his team to clean and re-stain our 1,000 sq ft wooden deck. We had done it ourselves a few times but it needed a professional job. They did an excellent job and the deck looks like new. They spent a day 'prepping' the deck - chemically peeling it, power washing, replacing some boards etc. They returned the next day and applied the stain to the deck and a long wooden railing. They did an excellent job, are a great crew to work with and we would gladly hire them again.

We Choose LV Multiservices over 3 other contractors we met regarding this project. The reason we choose them? LV Multiservices is the only contractor (out of 4) who quoted us on how it should be done, based on our research on refurbishing a deck. The owner, Luis Valverde & his sidekick Carl are hardworking, meticulous professionals. They were always punctual, neat, friendly and worked hard, and efficently as a team. Their workmanship is second to none, they put a lot of pride in what they do. Luis showed us some other decks they have done, and we went with a two tone paint on the rails and spindles. Yes, a little more, but so worth it. It looks fantastic. We have booked power washing in the Spring. I would (& have) highly recommend LV Multiservices.

It turned out very well. They are meticulous, timely, they take their time, but they really do it quickly. They do an excellent job. They really do an excellent job, but it is a little pricey. They are busy so it takes a little time to get them.
