1/22/2012 - I recently purchased a home in NJ and the garage door opener failed within a couple of months. Using Angie's list and the BBB, and wanting to select a local service, I chose The Door Experts and could not have been more happy. Tom and his brother gave me the appointment on the day I needed (two (2) days of my calling). They arrived promptly and quickly replaced the opener and pulleys (in about 1 hour). He was extremely professional and courteous and explained the work that he recommended doing. He did not use any hard sell tactics and promised a quality job at the most reasonable price. He delivered. I highly recommend The Door Experts and will use them again should the occasion arise. 10/15/2014 - The original springs for the garage door finally gave way. Called Tom late evening on 10/14 and he was able to be out this afternoon (next day) to replace. The whole installation and servicing took under an hour. He is pleasant and efficient and am glad I called them again to do the work.

Excellent. We obtained estimates from 5 companies in our area and while some had slightly lower prices the motors they offered were not as good as that supplied to us by The Door Experts. They REALLY wanted the job & we wanted the lowest price door. The installation was both fast and neat and the owner was very friendly.

The Door Experts sent a serviceman out on time. He explained what he was doing and offered to put a safety wire on a cable that could be dangerous without it. He was nice and professional and seemed to know what he was doing. However, the price was exorbitant and I won't be going back to them because that.
