One of my garage door springs broke on Friday. Frank arrived first thing Monday morning, as scheduled, to repair the door. He was professional and reasonable (less than another estimate I got). His price was exactly what he had estimated over the phone.

They did a great job. They also replaced one of the garage panels. They were here when they said they were going to be. I felt the price was fair for the work they did and in the weather they worked in.

I purchased the big deal for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement and they called within a couple of days to schedule an appointment with me. The technician arrived on time, worked for about an hour, and was done. He was professional and friendly. My garage door now opens and closes smoothly with MUCH less noise, though it is still a little squeaky when it is almost closed. It used to shake my house when opening and closing, so it is a vast improvement. I had never had any maintenance done on the door since I have lived in this house and wish I had done it sooner. I am grateful for Angie's list for reminding me of all the little things around my house that need maintenance that I don't often think about.

Assured Door came last week and gave estimate and scheduled appointment on 1/15/20014. They arrived promptly and were very professional, efficient and courteous. I would gladly recommend them and use them again.

We purchased the service because our garage door started to get stuck sometimes when we opened it. Frank and his assistant showed up on time and were polite and professional. They finished the work in a timely manner and did not try to upsell us on more work. If/when we decide to replace our garage doors, which is something we have been considering, we will certainly call them.

Have used the services of Assured Doors, 42 Littleton Rd in Morris Plains several times. Installed two new garage doors in 1998 and replaced a damaged door in 2012. Frank has always been professional, reliable and service oriented. He does a quality job and is responsive if there are any service issues we need help with. I recommend Assured Doors and their services to any who is considering replacing their garage doors.

Service was okay. No issues. There are 2 ways of contacting Assured Door. They have an emergency line where they will come immediately. This is a little more expensive. If I call the main line, they come in less than 24 hours.

We have been using him for about 15-20 years. Frank, the owner, is a really good guy. He’s very dependable and prompt. I trust him enough to leave my door unlocked for him.
