Cleaning and Organizing by Silvana

Do not use this cleaning service!! They mislead you on the cost for their services. I had them clean my house for the first time and they indicated it would be $160. However, being that it was the first time, it may take longer and cost a little more. They showed up with only 2 people and cleaned for 4.5 hours. They then charged me $720, that's $80 per person/hour, which is a complete rip off! I then filed a complaint against Cleaning and Organizing by Silvana to see if we could work out a solution, but of course they haven't responded. Avoid at all cost!"

Silvana and her team are amazing. They work so hard. And are also so kind to my 83 year old mom. She has never had help in the house - she was uncomfortable with the idea of strangers. After a construction disaster, I needed help to clean my home and feel safe with my children in it. Silvana was immediately responsive, came promptly to see my house and her and her team performed a whole house cleaning. As someone who typically tries to clean on their own, I am so grateful for their attention to detail and getting my house back in order. And she meant deep clean when she said it, as everything was cleaned and put neatly back. She is very proud of her work and took the time to make sure I was comfortable along the way. I will use her for future cleanings, it’s rare to find someone these days who you can build a relationship with and Silvana took the time to do that.

These women are very serious cleaners! They did an excellent job cleaning my apartment after moving out. I've never seen the apartment so clean. I would hire them regularly if I were continuing to live in the area.

Silvana and her team arrived on time and were very polite and courteous, even wearing shoe covers to protect my floors. They did an amazing job from cleaning the inside of the fridge and oven to the base boards. I was extremely happy with their service and I will definitely be having them return on a regular basis. They were a delight to have at my home and would highly recommend to anyone I know.

Silvana is the best cleaning service. My 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms are done meticulously when she is done. Her service is tops.
