Great guy, great company. The gutter and gutter guard system were damaged on my home from Hurricane Sandy. Insurance covered the damage, and Mark's estimate was right in line with what the insurance company covered. He did the job really fast, and even fixed a couple of other storm-damaged pieces of trim at no extra cost. Use this guy!

Took a while to get an estimate, but understandable given their workload due to Sandy. They provided a good price, and ended up being able to fit us into their schedule by coming in Thanksgiving morning.

Once again I am fully satisfied the work done by Mark and his Company. I would not have any problems hiring this company again. In fact will be calling Mark and company back to install several shutters that also fell off the house. Unfortunately I have to custom order these shutters that fell off, otherwise would have done the work altogether. A+++ In my book.

Mark was very nice to work with. He returned phone calls promptly and arrived on time. We had a bad thunder storm and Mark could not continue the job. He left for lunch and returned before the storm was over to complete the job. My neighbor came over to inquire about Mark's work. I said I was pleased so he asked Mark to come by his house to do some work on his gutters.

Mark was very professional and efficient. He was responsive to my call and needs and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He called and kept me informed during the day and showed up on schedule. He reviewed the work and we quickly agreed on a fair price. He then completed the work in a timely and efficient manner and he cleaned up under the gutters.....doing more clean up than he had created. I would definitely use his company again and recommend him to any needing repair and/or replacement!

Service was excellent. On time, professional and did a great job cleaning up. Also was knowledgeable about gutter protection products as we had a section of gutter that frequently overflowed eroding the garden area underneath. The individual checked the pitch of the gutters, ascertained that that was not a problem, told us what he thought was causing the problem and gave us several options at different costs. Would definitiely call to perform the service and will use for gutter cleaning in future.

The owner of the Company responded to my e-mail within a few hours and was able to come and out and clean my gutters within 2 days of me contacting them. He was about an hour late to appt., but called me 2 hours ahead of time to apologize and let me know that he would be a little late. In addition, when I inquired about gutter guard options his company offered he gave me a clear concise overveiw of the options without tyring to push me into buying anything. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone needing their gutters cleaned or repaired.

Just moved into a 1950's home and heavy rains revealed severely leaky gutters that ended up causing water to accumulate in our basement. Called Mark the next day and he came out promptly for a free estimate. He was professional and his assessment thorough. The estimate was very fair compared to several other proposals my wife and I received. He also did not try to sell us anything we did not need. The work was completed in just a few hours and he checked in with us during the process. Everything looks great, the area left spotless, and he took away the old gutter and screens. We will definitely do business with him again.

With Hurricane Irene coming up the coast I called on August 25 to have my gutters cleaned. They came the next morning, were punctual, beyond professional and very friendly. They did a fantastic job - would recommend to anyone.

I contacted five companies for estimates. Mark Frascinella from Superior Gutter Systems came out and was very friendly. He suggested moving downspout locations for aesthetic purposes. His proposal was very detailed and was close in price to another one that I received. Aside from being very nice and seeming very honest, he does all the actual work himself, and he previously did a house across the street, so I got to see his work. These were all factors in choosing his company to do the job. He gave me a time and date within one week of accepting his proposal. He came out on time and did the whole job in an afternoon. I was amazed that he worked alone and he worked nonstop. He checked for my approval every step of the way. The house looks so much better now and I have no more leaky gutters, all for a price that did not break the bank. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing gutter and/or downspout repairs or replacement.
