It went great! I replaced the springs, pulleys, rollers, lift cables and safety cables on two garage doors. The springs are more robust than what I had, and I also went with thicker safety cables and lift cables along with sealed ball bearing rollers to reduce drag in raising and lowering the doors. Scott and his helper Elvis showed up on time and did a great job for me. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have this type of work done.

I purchased two deals for garage door tune-ups. When Scott arrived, he pointed out other issues that I might want to address (i.e., rollers, springs, and safety cables). No hard sell...just recommendations. I opted to do the recommended work. Consequently, Brandon came the next day to service my garage doors. Both Scott and Brandon were great. They explained the work that needed to be done and worked diligently to complete the work to my and their satisfaction. i didn't realize how noisy my garage doors had become until after they had been serviced. The doors are a lot quieter now and run smoothly. I anticipate some additional work in the future and will definitely hire Doors Done Right again.

The service was excellent. Extremely responsive - came out to service the very next day, exactly at the time promised. The door was repaired quickly and competently. And, the technician even tested out the door after the repair, and made a couple of quick adjustments, leaving the door working even better after the repair than it had been working before it broke. This is the kind of above and beyond service that deserves mentioning and deserves being spread around to other people.

The technician fixed the problem fast and efficiently. He explained clearly what the problem was and performed the repair with speed and precision. Price was good and no hidden costs. Installation was great. Removed old doors, openers and hardware. Cleaned up nicely. Professional installation and replaced all hardware; no cut corners. Showed my wife how to program the wireless keypad. The trim work was also done very neatly. Would recommend highly.

It was great, work was done right and in a timely manner. Brandon was awesome, very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable! They also don't try to rip you off by over charging and charging for unnecessary work. My door is now working properly and with a job well done. Great, I recently purchased an older home and the garage opener stopped working. My garage was stuck closed and there is not another entrance. I spoke to Scott, he was very professional and was able to get out to fix the problem right away (w/ 24hr.) I would definitely hire them again.
