First, it is not easy to find a decent person/company to hire to do any kind of repairs around the house. Unless you have worked with them before, you end of taking a chance hoping for the best. I am very glad and happy I found this little gem of a company. Right from the first call, working with Scott was very pleasant and straight forward. No games, no ridiculously crazy estimates. He seems very honest. He arrived earlier than scheduled and finished efficiently. I had called initially just to replace springs but ended up doing pulleys & cables which is essentially like a whole new garage door system. The cost for additions was very nominal and the doors are working extremely smooth, quieter and no issues so far. It was well worth it. I highly recommend this them for service (one of my neighbor already has an appointment setup:)

The experience was great, the technician arrived on time and was very honest and professional. He told me the string cable was not suitable for my garage door, and the security protected cable was not installed as per current code requirements. We discussed the job and estimated cost, he immediately got to work and got it done promptly. So far, the garage door runs well. Thanks again for the professionalism and expertise. Brandon showed up on time and could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful. He first tested the garage doors and alerted me that one of them wasn't staying open on its own and replaced the springs at a very reasonable price. The price of the installation of the door openers was exactly as quoted with no surprises. The removed the old openers, programmed the new keypad and even programmed the Homelink buttons in our car. The new ones work perfectly and are much quieter than our old Craftsman models. Would definitely use Doors Done Right again and recommend.

Scott was super responsive and very friendly. He came out to complete the initial inspection and door tune up and noted that there were some fundamental issues which required repairs, some of which could be dangerous if not seen to. He provided me several options in different price ranges and clearly explained every option. He completed the work quickly and at a good quality. He certainly went above and beyond and will be my go-to guy in for future garage door needs. Highly recommended!

Our garage door track broke completely off of the wall when a spring (that was probably very old) broke. These guys came out, gave an honest estimate, fixed the job in a timely manner. I think we may have been able to get the work done for less money, but they say that door is now good for at least 15 years, so overall we are happy with the service.
