Don't use this company! They created a plumbing leak in my upstairs bathroom when cleaning and grouting the bathroom floor. I notified them of the leak a few days later. Was very hesitant to come out and look at leak, when they did, 3 days later, the leak worsened and dripped down to my kitchen pantry & kitchen ceiling. They refused to take any responsibility for the leak and all the damage to my home. I have emailed them a number of times and they did not respond. What kind of company is this!!

The Grout Medic was great. They took the time to explain the process and put together an estimate free of charge! Frank, the on-site contractor took his time and did a beautiful job. Then he explained how to take care of the grout so it looks great for many years to come. Could not be more pleased!

I had a very disappointing experience with grout medic. The initial consultation was very good, and the worker who came seemed fine and was courteous etc. But he did not mix the grout correctly leaving pinholes in the grout which will clearly be a problem in the longer term. Fine mistakes happen. But then I called twice, left messages, sent texts and emails and I received no response! After promptly paying 2000$ for a simple tile replacement of 3 ft sq, this is a shocking lacking of responsiveness. If I had the time I would take them to small claims court.

Grout Medic left dirty grout, left gaps in grout, left dirty old caulk and forgot to caulk portions of the enclosure, left sticky caulk smeared on the shower frame and sides of sink, and filled grout into the 3D floral design of my tiles.

Frank was extremely professional and the job looks excellent. Highly recommend Grout Medic.

Very positive experience from the initial estimate through to completion of my project. I had 2 broken floor tiles replaced, a bath tub tile replaced as well as re-grout and caulking of the entire bathtub area. I also had a broken shower tile replaced in a second bathroom & complete caulking of the shower stall. The owner, Frank is pleasant & professional. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He even stopped by during the 2-day project to check on the progress. The technicians, Izzy and Chris were wonderful. They were friendly, professional and eager to address all my questions. They arrived on time & took their time to to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. I was treated with the utmost courtesy & respect. When they left, the work area was spotless. I feel they went above & beyond! I would highly recommend Grout Medic.

We hired Grout Medic of Central Jersey to re-grout and re-caulk a stall shower because it had gotten worn and discolored over the years. We would not recommend them. They removed and replaced grout and caulking. At first, I gave them high marks, but after a few months black mold started to flower out of the caulk. The mold cannot be removed with any sort of cleaner. It is very ugly and unhealthy and something we never had before hiring Grout Medic. They refused to remedy the situation because we reported the problem 7 months after the job was done which is outside their 90 warranty period. I say that the 90 clocks should only start running if and when the work is done properly. Before the black mold appeared, we followed their cleaning instructions exactly, plus we towel dry the whole shower after each use. GM hinted that we removed some of the caulking which is ridiculous and not true! The bottom line is we paid GM well over $600, including $65 for a special sealant to extend the life of the materials, and now we have to do the entire job over again. Hiring Grout Medic was a complete waste of money. Note: I gave them a half star above because I could not submit the survey if I gave them zero stars which is what they deserve.

They were respectful, polite, paid attention to detail and wore foot coverings. They repaired, cleaned and resealed my kitchen, entry and laundry. They also regrouted my shower. Beautiful!

I had both grout cleaning as well as tile repair. Best surprise, the business actually emails appointment reminders and calls when they are on their way (What a pleasant surprise). Work was done efficiently.
