Excellent job

Terrible experience. Technician came to repair the caulking in our shower. He locked our master bathroom door and used some sort of noxious sealant and then he explained that he was used to the smell, but he locked the door for our benefit. He replaced our gray caulk with bright white. We asked our handyman to take a look and he easily peeled the caulk right off. We chose not to make an issue of this until after our handyman confirmed that the work was so poorly done for $186.60! When we reached out to Prince Khanna he would not speak to us on the phone, only in email. We requested our money be returned, resulting in unsatisfactory results. Do not use this company!

Had one request after job was completed. Chris came right back within a week to addressed my concern. Very pleased with service. They went out of there way to make it right. Thankyou Chris & entire team at Grout Medic.

Work is scheduled for the beginning of October. Ask me again but my husband and I got a good feeling from the owner.

On time, very neat, cooperative, floors are much improved. Owner and ultimately technician very cordial and answered all questions. Cost for amount of time spent seemed high, but then again the floors look very good. I did not get other estimates, but perhaps I should have but that is on me. Ultimately happy and no complaints.

Did a great job and only recommended the areas that really needed to be done in order to save us money. Also recommended them to mother in law.

Total rip off. I received an estimate of $500 to re-caulk my bathroom shower along with having my kitchen floor re-grouted. I was told it was going to take a couple hours and would look brand new. The tech arrived and I gave him the go ahead. He was complete with the project 1 hour and 15 minutes later. I told him there is no way I can justify paying $535 for a little over an hour of labor with minimal materials. Fortunately I was able to re-neogiate the price considerably. Technician was a great guy but company is very misleading with their pricing.

Very professional. On time for estimate and work. The work was done very efficiently. Looks terrific! And gave valuable advice on the maintaining the tile and keeping the grout looking good.
