Billy and Bruno were the dynamic duo! Cleaned, scraped, and prepared all tiled walls perfectly ...then grouted ......25 years old. Also caulked corners and around tub. Looks brand new! Easy to contact, sent pictures during COVID, got fair estimate and questions answered quickly. On time ...... neat and considerate .... wore masks and shoe coverings. Had a great experience

The tiles are not even connected to the floor, and if you feel like walking on pieces of grout then I would recommend them. Otherwise, save your money and hire someone who is willing to do the work for you. It is a hell to contact them, and they did this job knowing their contract had an excuse for their bad job. I would have left the tiles as they were before if I had known he would turn the floor into a gravel parking lot.

Would not recommend this company to anyone! Paid to have my grout deep cleaned and sealed. All they did was seal over the grout they never cleaned. Joe the sales guy promised a new technician to do the job properly. But when made appointment same technician contacted me to set up an appointment even though I was promised a new technician. Contacted them and have not received anyways for them to make it right. Don t waste your time with this company. What a waste of $500. Have no way of contacting the office directly goes right to a central scheduler.

Chris from The Grout Medic arrived on time (a BIG plus in my mind) and came prepared to work under Covid-19 conditions. He is one of the politest contractors it has ever been my pleasure to work with. He completed the job in a timely fashion and the results are everything I expected. If we ever need more tile work done, they will be my first call.

We needed broken tiles replaced and had the entire floor sealed with a different color. We are very happy with the results of the entire project.

Before applying the sealer, they steam cleaned the grout thoroughly. Kitchen floors look as good as new. Expedient customer service. Satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

My master bathroom and downstairs full bathroom was re-caulked. The job before was done incorrectly by another person. Jay was very good. He explained everything and was very neat. Only issue I had was the time frame. He was suppose to be here at 8:00 am did not get to my house until 9:30 am. Maybe mis-understanding on Grout Medic. All in all job well done. I would recommend them.

I had a small job and they came out to quote. Came back and did exactly what they said and did it well.

Job had to be redone. We were supposed to get colored grout to match our existing grout. We were told that the technician had any color grout. He did not.

Re-grouting was applied over the old grout without scrapping it out. This left thin weak areas and a few places where the old grout was exposed. The caulking was good at most edges, but poor around fixtures. This in NOT the quality job I expected. I will have to have it done again or at least patched.
