VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! DO NOT DO GROUT COLOR SEALANT During the initial walk through with the regional sales (Frank) manager I expressed concerned whether the current state of the grout was worth the effort. I was told no issue at all, in matter of fact he showed pictures of his own home on what the results would look like. We had issues within a week after the work was performed, which they tried to address twice. They will NOT call you back and stated warranty work is ONLY communicated via email. There warranty clearly states 1 year on the work they perform. They will no longer address the issue and Frank?s conclusion on the issue is ?the color seal being scraped out of the joints?. So basically when they don?t have a fix or solution they blame the customer.

What a beautiful job and they advised us all along. Looks brand new. Techs were great, Frank was great. Everybody professional and hard-working. We do not always have such luck.

The sales person Joseph was great. However, when the person doing the tile work showed up (we never got his name), we asked if he was vaccinated. He was not and told us we were not allowed to ask that (we are). He said we could reschedule and the company could send a vaccinated worker, which is what we wanted to do. However, the owner of the franchise called back one hour later and cancelled our order and refused to reschedule. So be aware, they could send a Covid-carrier to your house to do the work, and certainly unvaccinated people without your choice.

Tech Eddie was great

Eddie was the person who did the job, he was punctual and did a great job. Joe was the product specialist who give me my estimate, he was great as well!

Bathroom looks like new

We hired them and they did a horrible job in my bathroom. They cracked 2 tiles in my bathroom. When I told them about it they started to talk about how my bathroom has been neglected for some time. Which was very insulting and untrue. Then they threatening to pull the guy off the job and not finish it. They would not compensate us for the damage. The owner Frank is very rude and is fake. He talks very nice to you until he gets your money and then he treats you horribly. I would not recommend this company to do the job ever.
