I am new to HomeAdvisor and am very please and relieved with the 2 contractors I hired. This one, The Grout Medic, was excellent. They were on time for both the free estimate and for the work. The 2 1/2 bathrooms all look like new! Couldn't be happier and would hire them anytime.

The work was both professional and completed in a timely manner. Customer service was outstanding.

Had a problem with the work the owner of the company resolve all issues. This is a company that stands behind their work. I would recommend this company to anybody that need tile work

The work was poor.

Owner did not check work of employee work after we paid him $600. We do not blame the employee but Mr. Peters, for misleading us with spectacular before and after pictures and telling us that the darkest caulk (light grey which is the darkest color he offers) for our almost black slate floors would look great after sealed. It didn't. It looked more like a hopscotch pattern in our foyer. There was no vapor jet deep cleaning, just Simple Green. Mr. Peters asked me why I didn't stop the employee from putting down the light grey caulk. I did ask the employee and he told me this was the darkest color except for black and this was color we gave him. In all fairness I spoke to the employee who did the floors and he was willing to change the grout color (never mentioned a $250.00 charge). However, after Speaking to Mr. Peters who was rude and defensive and not even willing to come and look at the work of his own company, and told us we would have to pay $250.00 to change the grout color even though he suggested the color with guarantees it would look nice. Also I can still not find on the contract where it is a $250.00 charge to change the grout line on the contract like he rudely pointed out when I talked to him about my concerns.

I was surprised by the result. My 20 year old ceramic tile floor looks like brand new. I am very happy with the Gout Medic. I feel that the price was fair and worth the cost. I highly recommend them.

I had some water damage to wall in shower area. They replaced dryboard and installed tiles again. Re-grouted and caulked whole shower. Pleased with Chris' work.

We had a grout repair, they were very professional! The shower looks brand new again! Very pleased with them.
