Grout Medic

Came to assess our grout, gave an honest assessment and a good price. Work scheduled quickly, arrived on time. Job completed as expected without leaving a mess. Recommended.

The job was done quickly. A little more expensive than I had hoped but worth it.

The bathroom shower grouting not completed as agreed. I am not sure it will prevent leaking, as big gap around drain left unfinished . Asked to come back. Promised to redo the job soon. Waiting for reply.

The person that did the actual work was clean, courteous, And very pleasant to deal with

Extremely professional and did great work. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 for customer service is that I sent an email with a question and no one responded.

He is performing the work next week but I have been very impressed with his follow up and ease of scheduling.

I would highly reccommend Grout medics. These guys did an amazing job with some tile work I needed in two areas of my house. Prompt, amazingly courteous, and clean! I am almost certain the work necessary exceeded the estimated number of hours and they completely honored the original estimate. Will DEFINITELY use them again. Barry

I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy. Regrouted my bathroom which lasted maybe 6 months and3 now looks like it was never done. Called them back and Alan came to look at it and told me my bathtub was pitched the wrong way and claimed would come back that was 1 year ago. A real con artist! I now need to hire someone to come back and regroup and do the job correctly. Eight hundred dollars throw out the window.

Alan Peters is a down to earth guy. He is honest and tells you how it is. He will not be doing the work until this Thursday. But I feel very comfortable about him doing to good job.

I wouldn't hire this company again. We hired them to grout the floor and when he arrived we told him that but he was to busy demonstrating his super super floor cleaner. Then he conveniently left off the grouting on the bill which I should have noticed. I called him back and he did some grouting complaining all the time.

Alan was very thorough and informative when he came to assess the job. When Ken came to do the job, he was polite, skilled, and neat. He had me look at what he was doing as he progressed and kept asking me if I was happy with his work. My bathroom was immaculate when he left and the tiles look like new.

I was given a window of time for service. The technician was right on time, which I was happy with. He had on the company t shirt but he did not introduce himself. The job was done (cleaning the grout) in both kitchen and bathroom in less than an hour. He initially quoted me at 3-4 hours, when I asked him how long this process would take. So when he said he was done, I was really surprised. I then asked the technician about the grout color? As I thought the color would be lighter. I felt like I pushed him into color staining my kitchen (which I thought he was going to do anyways). When he was done with the kitchen color staining, I AGAIN asked him if our bathroom grout color could be lighter. He stated that's the color gray that was initially applied and it can't really get any lighter. I paid him and he left, but I wasn't happy. I called the main number to talk to Noel (who I believe is the owners daughter). I left her a message. Next thing I knew, that technician was at my door. Nice that he came back, but no call from him or returned call from Noel. So I was shocked when he came to my door. I again pointed out that the grout was two different colors in my bathroom, it was clear. He stated, I can redo the whole thing with a color stain so it's all the same. I said yes. I mean i just pointed that out to you before you left, why didn't you do it then!!! And I'm assuming Noel called him after I left her a message, but didn't call me back?!?' That didn't sit right with me. One to Two days pass, and I notice the stain used on the kitchen tile is on our baseboards and areas weren't cleaned off all the way on the tiles, so it looked sloppy. Also, there was a spot missed when you open our refrigerator door. So, I called Noel again to tell her. She called me back and apologized and said she could get a technician out today between 3-5 pm. Ok fine. I made it clear that I DID NOT want the same technician at my house again. It's very awkward to tell someone they are not doing their job correctly, especially since he came back already one time before. Noel assured me that he wouldn't be coming back and she talked to Alan about this (the owner). Ok so I've been home waiting for a call or someone to show up to my house since 3 pm. I get a call at 4:46 pm from the SAME TECHNICIAN that was here the other day!!!! And he can't come because he's still at another job. Why do you wait till 14 mins before the end of my Window to call and tell me!!! So I wasted my time waiting for this technician, and they didn't listen to me when I said several times I didn't want the same technician back at my house. I called Noel and left her a message after I hung up with the guy and no answer. I'm frustrated and annoyed!!! I don't want to tell someone how to do their job and point out what they missed or didn't clean up. Especially when I paid almost 400 dollars! And i also don't appreciate how Noel isn't readily available to talk when concerns come up. After this whole experienc

This was the worst job I have ever seen. I could have did the same work myself. They just painted over the old grout and he even missed some spots.

When my daughter asked me to find her someone to replace her bathroom grout, I told her she should just replace the tile. She insisted on me finding someone to re-do the grout and I hired The Grout Medic. I couldn't believe how nice the tile looks. It looks like a brand new bathroom. I'm glad she didn't listen to Mom! She saved a lot of money just having it redone.

Tech was pleasant. Answered any questions I had. He left my house clean and I was pleased with the price.

Although service was not completely what was expected. After contacting the vendor the concerns were addressed.
